I was impressed with these folks. They were very professional, reasonably priced, and very quick with the work. In my experience, larger companies have crazy overhead and charge you unreasonable amounts for minor work - these guys did a great job at a fair price.Work done:- Remove and haul off old toilet, install new toilet.- Repair leaking sprayer diverter on roman style tub- Repair malfunctioning water faucet on tub- Replace water supply lines & shut-off valves to a bar sink and replace the faucet.

They arrived when they said they would, and diagnosed the problem quickly. Extremely professional. I will definitely be calling them for my future plumbing needs.

He (Mike the owner) did not honor the price quoted and charged 3 times more. His crew (Ken) did mistakes and it did not pass the inspection and they had to redo and charged me for their errors. Unreliable provider, the contractor I had which they worked for, after that they removed them from their list because this and other incidents. Quoted $405 and charged $1250, because the redo 2 times for failing inspections for the service they did. Beware, they are plenty of excuses. Just decided to pay to get get them out of my house as soon as possible.

Replaced 2 units when only one was broken. This is not fake. I had two units...one was a 22 month old Goodman and the other was broken. I called about why the new unit was replaced and never got call back. Only the broken unit needed to be fixed. Salesman took advantage of my tenant who got stuck paying for two units for over $16K.No record in your data base? I have the original of the collection demand you sent me for work I did not authorize on the property which I solely own. That is when I first found out that you had replaced my 22 month-old Goodman unit with a Comfort System.

Had a new HVAC system installed this past weekend by Pickett Home Services. Customer Service & Communication was amazing through the entire process! Very attentive & throughly explained the entire process & cost to us. Insanely quick turn around time, from the time our system went out to getting the new system all in less than a week. Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.

We had a plumbing issue on a Saturday afternoon, I called Premier Plumbing and left a voice mail. Chris called me back at 10:20 p.m. and was in our house on Sunday at 10:00 a.m..I have never seen anyone work as hard as Chris did to resolve the issue.
