We had a simple electrical issue that needed to be fixed quick. Our appointment was booked same-day and Alex R. came on time and was friendly and personable. The problem was fixed in 5 minutes and then he proceeded to do the complimentary 15 point check that was included in the price. We will definitely be calling him again the next time we have an issue!

Matt arrived on March 30th at 2pm promptly for what was supposed to be a simple AC checkup for the coming season here in Houston. He was pleasant to work with and extremely thorough. Just wanted to take a minute to express our sincere appreciation to Zach and the entire staff at Nettles Plumbing for their quick responsiveness and professionalism. We had a pipe rupture in our garage last night. we turned off the main valve and contacted them this morning to see about getting service.
