Zach and Fernando from Nick’s plumbing provided us with excellent service from start to finish!! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right when replacing our tankless water heater. They were even surprised with a city inspection during installation and handled it all without any issues. To top it off, the cost was significantly less than the second estimate I received from a local heights plumbing company!! They didn’t even charge me extra for the additional work that was needed! Thank you again, Zach and Fernando for a job well done!!

I can’t say enough about Lucky’s Plumbing! They’ve installed several fixtures for me, replaced valves, pipes, etc. They’re 100% reliable and answer the phone every time I call.I actually even had an emergency situation one evening where the valve to the water main to my entire house broke in the off position, and Lucky’s Plumbing was there within the hour to repair it.

M&M help me out of a terrible situation. Monday we had a different plumber do some work; replace a old tub mixer valve with a new one. After 5 hours and me discovering mistakes for them to correct we thought they were finished. I paid them and they left. I went to clean up the tub and the valve would not cut off the water and worse I found a pin hole in a joint. Water is spraying everywhere. I call X-Perts plumbing back. With on answer. Now it is 2am.Tuesday morning I called M&M plumbing. The friendly voice on the phone said he could have someone out in an hour. Right on time Keith from M&M was at my door. Very pleasant and professional young man. He went right to work. He would give me the bad possibilities but hope for the best. He was able to repair the hard to get to pin hole in minutes. Then on to the tub. This took more thought, he had to figure out what the other plumber had done wrong, in the end we believed small parts were missing. Just as he was finishing that up the bathtub drain seal broke and the tub water from upstairs began pouring out of my downstairs kitchen lights. What a nightmare. If it had to happen I am so grateful it did when Keith was here and not X-Perts. Keith was able to find the parts and installed in a timely manner. You can imagine how panic I am right now. I have already paid for one plumber and now Keith has been here 3+hours working. My husband and I were so relieved when we saw the bill. Not cheap but definitely not over price. I asked for some business card so I can pass their name around. I will use them again, wish their name would have pop up on Google when I was searching, found them under 24 hour plumbing.

They were great, they did more then we originally asked and didn't go over the budget we had discussed, they were professional and did good work!

Had a gas leak during the winter storm so Centerpoint shut off my gas and took my meter. Mission confirmed an appointment and then cancelled it last moment because they weren't doing gas work. Ridiculously unprofessional.

I called to have my heating system repaired before the storm, unfortunately they were unable to complete the repair due to part unavailability. The technician was super helpful and allowed me to have input and ask questions. Ultimately, I was able to repair my heater in time for the freeze because of the instructions from the technician and my ability to order the part myself. I am very pleased with the technician and will definitely be using Turbo in the future.

Excelent service, professionals and fast ?

Joey and Cameron did a good job. They helped troubleshoot a couple of issues and ensured everything was working properly. It was only Joey’s second day as he was knowledgeable and professional.The disposal was a bit on the pricey side. I was hoping we could repair it, but it wasn't possible. They installed it quickly and cleanly. They were nice enough to match the coupon which I forgot to mention when I ordered the service. I recommend that if you have one to mention in advance.

I'm happy to have found this guy. Chris Perot turned out to be a good, caring plumber - like in the old days. He's an independent plumber with his own stocked van. He answered his own phone, came out quick, and fixed all my small problems right away (a kitchen drainline stoppage, and a leaking pipe). He is coming back later to fix a broken shower knob. Charlie came to my apartment in Cypress and was able to quickly clear a clog in one of my building drainage lines that was causing a backup in my kitchen sink as well as my upstair neighbor's. He was professional throughout the visit and I really appreciated that he took the time to clean the work area afterwards. It was extremely messy and dirty as you can imagine if you have ever seen the gunk that come out of drains. My only gripe and it is a small one was that he showed up about 30mts late because of a scheduling mix-up. That said, charlie was helpful in returning my calls to their office to let me know charlie was on his way.As several other reviewers have said, Charlie charges a fair price (by Houston standards) for good quality work and customer service, which I wholeheartedly agree with. They are my new go to plumbers and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and co-workers.

Our A/C suddenly stopped working. We called AirTech and they had someone come out quickly. We received text letting us know that the tech was on his way. Micah showed up and listened to our concerns and started working on the issue. He was so nice and personable. It’s always nice to have wonderful customer service. Thank you Micah!

Had a new HVAC system installed this past weekend by Pickett Home Services. Customer Service & Communication was amazing through the entire process! Very attentive & throughly explained the entire process & cost to us. Insanely quick turn around time, from the time our system went out to getting the new system all in less than a week. The installation was fast as well. The techs were professional and kind.10/10 would recommend anyone to them!
