Beware! They took advantage of me on a leak repair and double dipped they lied about the cost of the leak detection company and refused to allow me to book this appointment on my own instead they stated they had to book disappointment, but the only reason for this was because they wanted to inflate that price knowing I was going through an extreme hardship with the leak as high as 74,000 gallons of water in a three week period of time it was a critical emergency and I was very limited on funds. Instead of them having compassion and integrity they lied about how much the leak detection company charge just to make an extra $225! They double dipped! Horrific and would never recommend people like this that lack integrity!

After having a BAD experience with Mercy Plumbing, my friend gave me the name of All in the Family. They came out, fixed my problem, confirmed what I thought, that Mercy was going to show me NO MERCY, and charged less for cleaning out ALL drain lines than Mercy did for the kitchen sink clog. They should be voted Best in Texas.

Over multiple visits, Brandon fixed a pipe that was leaking in our attic, repaired an outdoor shut-off valve, unclogged a slow draining kitchen sink, and also gave us a heads-up on things to watch for with our pipes as our house ages. Noticed that my pilot was out on old water heater. Got new thermocouple from hardware store. Pilot then lit, but still wouldn't ignite burner. Called many plumbers and did lots of price shopping. Called Pickett and their price, for full water heater installed, was half the price of their competitors. We also had rusted pipe elbows, and pipe nipples that needed replacing. Mark was professional, wise, and is a Jedi-plumber. He drained the old water heater, fixed the piping behind it, put in a new gas line, and installed the new, Bradford & White, water heater. Out last Bradford & White lasted fifteen years. Thank You, Mark, and Pickett Plumbing!

I call the company late at night and got a response by text asking how can they help told them what was wrong and they came out the next day Awesome fix the problem with no problem but only work for a two days they came right back out and this time they had to remove my toilet they send where a part was not place on right and it wasn't the right part. I went through the Winter Storm here in Houston and my bathroom and other parts in my house had to be remodeled. Contacted them to see if they potentially have someone available to help assist with a gas fireplace and the gentleman I spoke with immediately responded stating they did not have anyone available and hung up. There was no offering of other options for availability of next day or end of week. Poor service and unprofessional.

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.
