I had my townhouse's main shutoff valve stuck/broken. These guys sent Mr. Niles very shortly after i called. He was everything you wish for when you are looking for a professional at those times.I sat there watched him work. The dude was the biggest pro you can find. I say this as a very handy person myself.The dude was super honest. Charged me ONLY for the time he worked. No games no over charges. He did a job that would take most other plumbers twice the time at least.These people are the kind of honest knowledgeable fast pros you think dont exist anymore.Well they do exist and Mr. Niles was exactly that.Call them and ask if they can send Mr. Niles. Dont think twice. Really.You'll be happy you did.

Horrible company !! Flooded one of my houses. Did $35,000 damage to it and would not give me his insurance. Put in used parts. Lied to me many times. Had to get the city to revoke his permits. Will probably end up in court with this guy. Stay away - big trouble !!!!

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

Mike and his team replaced a hot water heater in my two story Energy Corridor which has a unique floor plan. The attic isn't very tall while my HVAC lines made maneuvering in the attic very difficult. He traced a missing TP line which other plumbers could not find. We have hot water now and passed city inspection. Thank you 24/7!

We use be our neighbors back in 2007 for quit some years. When they moved out the neighborhood we didn’t keep in touch. Well I kept his phone number in my contact and when Houston had the 2021 Arctic blast and pipes burst in many homes and no electricity for days. That’s when I reached out to Terry the owner of the company and he gave me times and different times. Me being a good ol ex neighbor was patient enough to wait for him for 2 full days. I made a final text after the second day and he text meBack and said as soon as he gets done with the house he was working on he WILL come by and replace my pipes. Well guess what?! that NEVER happen again. After the day 3 he txt me back “ are we best friends now” (very rudely) and that was not the point my point was that I was trying to bless his business and he thought I was trying to be his best friend and get something for nothing. That alone tells me a lot about him and his business. Not professional at ALL.
