We're very happy with the problem solving Nick's provided. Gilbert, our technician, worked quickly and efficiently and observed the current Covid safety precautions. He was personable and knowledgeable and promptly repaired/replaced our faucet and disposer. The cost for the work was reasonable, and we definitely will use Nick's Plumbing again.

I was happy with Josh but that's where it ended.I spent over $1000 to repair broken pipe but when I asked if the repairman would replace the valve to the home main shut off which was part of the line repaired, he refused saying that wasn't part of the contract. So I spent about $500 an hour and they are so profit oriented that they wouldn't replace a cheap valve to satisfy a customer. They have seen the last of my business.Now as a layman I am on my own to replace something that would have been easy and cheap for them.

He went above and beyond! He worked so hard! We really appreciate his hard work and care.

Bought a new water heater when mine started leaking thinking my father in law and I could do change it out. Turns out we didn’t have the tools to cut and sweat the pipes that we weren’t aware we would have to do. Looked up several plumbers in the area and found them. Thankfully they were able to come out within just a couple of hours and get it taken care of for us. Junior did a great job, was professional and kept assuring us that he’d get us taken care of and he did. Would definitely use them again and ask for Junior.

I’ve used Abacus several times for Electrical, A/C issues, and plumbing. Each time the technicians have communicated and conducted themselves professionally and performed excellent work. It’s clear that they have my best interest at hand and try hard to give me a great experience. They are knowledgeable and leave the worksite in clean condition. I highly recommend them.

These folks are amazing! They saved me at least $8k from another company claiming that i had busted pipes, etc. underground. TDT took the time over the phone to explain all possibilities and made a quality recommendation for taking a step by step process before jumping into the worst case scenario. My total bill was $800 for a new cleanout installed in the front yard plus a number of minor tasks with the old pipes. I also used them for my tenants next door and they made a quick $150 trip to clean out their water line. Everything is working great. Fair, honest, on time and easy to work with. 10 Stars!!!

I cleaned out my kitchen sink and got my drains work and I didn’t taking very long excellent job very professional knew what he was done and I took the six month warranty because in case I have a problem he’ll come back so I think he did a great job. I think John Moore service was perfect.

Byrd's was dispatched through my warranty company and I had a service tech sent to my home. He/she couldn't figure out the problem and left fairly quickly because it seemed like the issue had cleared itself up according to them. The next morning, the issue reappeared. I contacted my warranty company to have them sent out again and was told I needed to contact the company myself to set up a second time. As I called, the person that answered told me that she was there yesterday and there was no problem. I tell her that the stoppage is back this morning. She tells me that someone must have put something in there to stop it up since she had been there. The lady was rude point blank. So I called the warranty company and had them send out another company.The fact that the problem couldn't be figured out while she was there isn't an issue for me. As long as you come back out to fix the problem a second time. BUT the tone this lady used and to suggest I did something to my own toilet in the few hours since she had been there instead of just offering to come back out was way over the line.I won't be a customer and honestly don't care whether he/she reads this message, but maybe it'll make you think about how you talk to your customers in the future.
