Fernando was extremely professional and did a wonderful job jetting out our outdoor drains. We had a nasty stench growing in our drains around the pool. We are so happy now that Nicks Plumbing took care of this problem. Now we can enjoy our backyard again!

Had Christian come out to give me an AC tune up and clear the main AC drain line. Got that fixed up and noticed another drainage issue and did not hesitate to stay and help try to resolve the issue. Great job and very helpful. The next day Bobby came out and gave an even more detailed approach to my drainage issue, personal and helpful and provided just what I needed to get my drains flowing smooth again. They came out in a timely manner, I first got a quote on the work i needed.They were verry honest and professional and did a good job on replacing my kitchen faucet, I highly recommend this company to every one! Thank you After Hours Plumbing Service.

Call John, pay more.. or however that jingle goes. The plumbing technician was so uneducated on how pipes were configured they ended up refunding my $49 fee. The technician also recommended hydrojet services for a kitchen sink clog at $350. I scheduled it for 4pm-8pm. I get a text at 8am saying the tech is on his way.After calling to tell them about this error, I asked if they would still honor my quote as I asked about in an email 3 days before the scheduled service. No one ever answered my question. They end up basically calling me a liar and said I didn't speak to a representative and informed me that they wouldn't honor the quote. The regular hydrojet price is $750. I considered it a sign to just decline their services.They are so unorganized that they still sent a tech at 4pm. The crazy part is it was the same incompetent tech that I specifically asked them not to send. Long story short, the next day I cleared the drain myself with my $20 auger from the local hardware store.

Called Acosta plumbing out for an estimate on a repair. They were honest, trustworthy and very courteous. They explained what needed to be done in great detail. Highly recommend.

I was intentionally sent to this contractor through my home warranty. I called to get a service scheduled since I was not given a call by them. She(Angela)was beyond rude. Short answers and keep interrupting what I was trying to ask. I was told by her they wouldn’t be able to make it to my side of town until next week and the way it was expressed was obviously that she didn’t care at all. I finally gave in and told her ‘thank you’ and hung up. She obviously had better things to do and “l” was interrupting her. I Instantly got back on the phone with my Home warranty to have a different contractor scheduled to come to my home.

My leaky toilet bowl was successfully repaired by the plumber. Even without being asked, he fixed a holder for my bidet spray. Very a great man! He contacted me again to see if he could arrive sooner. fantastic customer service.

I recently used Pedro with Major League Plumbing. He came highly recommended by my neighbors, and I had really good experience.My water heater went out days before a 40-degree cold snap in Houston. I contacted him, and he made time in his schedule to come out same day. He was very communicative, giving me text updates as his schedule and ETA adjusted.He came out, assessed the problem, and made the needed repair to get the water heater back online.He was respectful of my home while here. He made sure his shoes were clean before entering, and he didn't leave any mess after completing the job.Price was very fair, and I did not walk away feeling gouged like you sometimes can when using one of the bigger, well-marketed plumbing companies in Houston.I’ll be using Major League Plumbing again.
