They tell you about the trip charge which is quite reasonable ($49). The job was just a small fitting change. What they do not tell you is that they have a $189 minimum for any work. I suppose if you have a big job it is reasonable but pricey for a very few minutes to change a $5 fitting in an easy to access space.

We’re a Real Estate Management company located in Austin and have a rental property in Houston that we needed some plumbing work done for. We honestly called the first plumber on our list and it was Aaron’s plumbing. We needed an inspection done, so we spoke to Gilbert over the phone. He was really responsive, he gave me a quote right over the phone and made contact with the woman who is living in the rental. It was convenient how he took care of everything. They made sure the gas lines were good and fixed a couple of other plumbing issues. He got everything taken care of really quickly so we could get water turned on for our tenant.

Casey was my technician he did a great job was very informative on explaining of the problem I have with my plumbing. I will definitely use this company again. Very fair of there pricing.

Don't go anywhere else folks. The service and professionalism of One Call AC & Plumbing is excellent. We were without air and the company that initially serviced our ac unit completely dropped the ball regarding service and follow up. If I could give more than 5 stars- I would. Acosta was extremely responsive and professional. Booked an ACTUAL appointment time and they were there. Cameron was able to resolve the issue in a short amount of time. Acosta is honest and professional. Received a quote from John Moore before reaching out to Acosta- it was completely ridiculous and the technicians lacked the knowledge that Acosta's team had with our issue. Would highly recommend!!

So I called Chris on a Thursday night with a busted water heater. He was able to come out Friday night to check out the problem (which, by the way, was a service call he did NOT charge me for, whereas all the other highly rated plumbers in the area wanted to charge me $75 just to come see what the problem was). He was immensely helpful while he was over, and when the decision was made to replace it with a new water heater, he was even nice enough to come install it on a Saturday morning. Furthermore, when it turned out that he only had a 50gal in stock to replace my 40gal, he still only charged me the price he quoted me for a 40gal replacement.The advent of the internet has facilitated an unprecedented access to price comparisons and things of that nature, but to anyone reading this: if you live anywhere near the Meyerland area, and you have need of a plumber, you would be an absolute fool not to use Perot Plumbing.

Came for a home warranty claim. My toilet upstairs was leaking into my kitchen. They came and fixed the toilet and left a huge hole in my kitchen ceiling. I asked my warranty and they said they never even got a request to cut a hole let alone close one. Now no one will return my calls
