Great response time and excellent customer service ! We had leak from a ceiling that we cannot figure out where it's coming from. Damondrick and Giovanni came on time and quickly figured out the problem. They even helped me find a cheap solution to the problem. Great plumbers and will use both Damondrick, Giovanni and the Wedgeworth team for all my pluming needs.

There are many reasons I would recommend this company but most of all they did thorough job. They keep me informed as they progress trying to fix the problems we faced. When they were done, everything was cleaned and impecable.I would not look for any other company again!

I called them yesterday afternoon around 3pm to see if they could send someone over to clear out a kitchen clog that was also backing up into our master bathroom sink. The lady that took my request was friendly and stated that they could help the next day.First thing in the morning around 8am, I receive a call that the service tech Ali would be at my house within 45 mins. He arrived on time and after a brief discussion, he evaluated the situation and gave recommendations along with options.We choose the option we felt good about with NO pressure ever from him! We agreed to perform the cleanup service from the inside kitchen sink area. He did a great job keeping everything perfectly clean! He even put the booties on the wheels of the cleanup machine to roll through the house! Extremely professional, polite and informative. He also explained about a plumbing maintenance plan that I had already been researching on their website. TDT saved us thousands of dollars. We had them come in to give us a second opinion. They gave our drains the ok. The first plumbing company said we had a broken drain. TDT showed us the video and even located the direction and location of the drains. Michah & Curtis Came out.

Called the company to help replace a broken water pipe. Really needed some type of service since the water in our home could not be turned on until the pipe was repaired. Service man came and stated because it was a galvanized pipe, he couldn't touch or complete any service. We understood the original pipe would need to be changed to an updated material, but the representative still refused. We had to go another day without running water. Ended up calling another company that offered several options and completed repair work the same day.

He was able to come out Friday night to check out the problem (which, by the way, was a service call he did NOT charge me for, whereas all the other highly rated plumbers in the area wanted to charge me $75 just to come see what the problem was). He was immensely helpful while he was over, and when the decision was made to replace it with a new water heater, he was even nice enough to come install it on a Saturday morning. Furthermore, when it turned out that he only had a 50gal in stock to replace my 40gal, he still only charged me the price he quoted me for a 40gal replacement.The advent of the internet has facilitated an unprecedented access to price comparisons and things of that nature, but to anyone reading this: if you live anywhere near the Meyerland area, and you have need of a plumber, you would be an absolute fool not to use Perot Plumbing.
