Had a great experience with Blue Frog from scheduling the appointments to fixing the water heater. The technician was prompt, courteous, and professional. They made every effort for me to understand each issue I had in getting the water heater fixed. Blue Frog had good communication, very helpful in placing the items for me, and did an excellent job. Will be using them for any issue with plumbing. :)

Service was pleasant but expensive. We got the Inlet Valve fixed on the side of house that cost $1100. The problem was common he said and the Valve breaks all the time on homes. It required the plumber to dig up and cut and replace the pipe with a new copper valve that will be more durable for the future and he Insultaed the pipe for cold weather.

Change out three bibs around the house no issues very prompt not overpriced very trustworthy company extremely friendly I would highly recommend

The air conditioner repair tech, Jay, came out and found the problem right away for my a/c not cooling. The unit could not be repaired because it had a large leak. After we went into shock of how much it was going to cost to replace both units, he informed us that the company had a payment plan. The next day the crew came out and installed the units. Jay followed up after the crew left and the next day to make sure we were satisfied. I was very impressed with his service from the beginning to the end and will recommend Tubo to anyone needing a/c service.

Ruben found a problem in our attic with two licks and very professionally went beyond his way to fix them and insulate them at a great price. He paid special attention to find the second lick of which I wasn't aware of, and came promptly and fast. The pipes were replace and insulated in no time.We recommend Ruben for All of your plumbing problems and you will receive excellent customer services with a friendly and professional service.
