This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

I called on a Sunday afternoon, I arrived at the house in the middle of summer and the air conditioning seemed to have been damaged, the interior temperature was 85 and it was always programmed for 68 degrees, they immediately solved us, it was only the wall panel, kind, attentive and diligent.

Called John Moore about my clogged toilet. Brandon came out first thing in the morning. He definitely knew what he was doing. He checked a couple of fixtures to make sure the water was flowing there and quickly determined that something was obstructing the toilet and that the outside drain didn't need cleaning. Which cost more. And within a couple of minutes found out what was clogging the toilet. So not only did he save me a lot of time, he also saved me a lot of money, so I appreciate that very much. Brandon was very friendly and professional and recommended other available services. So I would definitely recommend him.

The technician was good in identifying what exactly was the issue with the AC unit. The fix still needs to be done but I now know where exactly the issue is.

Technicain is really knowledgeable and competent. When our kitchen pipes burst due to the cold, he responded promptly and came to the rescue. The service was completed in less than two hours, and the cost is quite fair.

These guys are the best!!! Chris was so informative about our issues and came out the same day. He was patient and so friendly. He was extremely efficient and saved us a ton of money. Cleared out stopped up plumbing that was causing flooding in our bathroom in one hour!

I have had problems with the air conditioner in the last few days and with the hot weather it is impossible not to have air conditioning at home, a family member optimized TURBO for the repair and it was definitely the best decision I could make, the fix was quite fast.
