Used this company for a washer leak and they came out a couple days after I called. They were prompt, polite, told me what the issue was and begun on the work after I confirmed I wanted to go forth. They were clean also which is a plus, they didn’t leave work for me to clean up after they were done, so thank you for that. Before leaving they checked their work as well.Amancio was my technician and again thank you and your partner for the work you completed!

I called Roto-Rooter on a Friday afternoon expecting to make an appointment for the following week since my issues was not an emergency. A technician was at my house an hour later. He knew exactly what was causing the issue even before taking a look. My problem was resolved very quickly.

Water heater didn’t work. They came out right away!!

Master Lindell Francis is a master indeed. He showed up, asked a few questions and straight on he already knew what to do... In the shortest time possible he already fixed the leakage situation in my house and we are glad with his work. Very professional, very efficient and very skilled!

Two men came out to my home and looked down the drain using no instruments in March of 2017.... They said, that I needed to get someone to drain the septic tank. I contacted Coastal Plumbing, they came and did a complete scope of all of the lines, took care of the septic tank and completely repaired everything. My homeowners paid for the work, it was $14,000. Two years later, I receive a bill from Texas Drain Technologies, Inc. for $59.95 with a note that states: Is there some reason why you have not paid this invoice? TDT did the work and would like to be paid in full. It looks like it is signed with the initials DW First of all, TDT did not do any work whatsoever... I called today, 01/31/2019 to speak with someone about this invoice. The lady that answered was extremely rude and snickered at me over the phone. I always pay my bills immediately and on time. This is very very poor customer service. In addition, a highly unethical business practice.

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

Marvin and Christian with OneCall were so excellent— I will absolutely be using OneCall again if needed. I was able to get scheduled the same day and Marvin and Christian were both so patient with working around issues to locate our water meter and figure out how things worked in our townhouse community. They quickly diagnosed the problem like experts, and the repairs have left us in much better shape than before. They had all the parts needed (which were higher quality than the originals) and were professional, polite, and overall very pleasant. I had a great experience despite it being a stressful situation because they were so lovely. Definitely use OneCall if you want professional, friendly experts to figure out your plumbing or AC issues!

A/C Service. This is my 2nd job with Got Flow. Chris did a Excellent job with Time, Knowledge & Communications in the details of the cause and effects of the problem that I was having with my A/C. Finding the solution that new Compressor was needed and I still had and was under a Warranty. Thank YOU THE LORD!Chris and the Office Team made the necessary arrangements to make it happen In a day or so the A/C was Cool Flowing. Very Satisfied, Thank you.

Great, friendly and quick service! I accidentally flushed a cloth diaper down my toilet and Alex was able to get it out quickly. It wasn’t an emergency, so he was able to come out the day after I called. While he was here he also fixed an issue with my tub /shower drain. We plan to use him for all our future plumbing needs!

I called around lunch time on a Monday and they arrived a few hours later. Isaias was honest, fast and very personable. I will definitely use them again in the future and strongly recommend Acosta Plumbing.

Two exterior faucets were replaced, along with a master shut off valve. John was exactly on time for our appointment, and was very professional at determining what I needed and got everything done within two hours. I will certainly use them again.

Contacted them to see if they potentially have someone available to help assist with a gas fireplace and the gentleman I spoke with immediately responded stating they did not have anyone available and hung up. There was no offering of other options for availability of next day or end of week. Poor service and unprofessional.

Chris was our saving grace! He was able to fix a busted pipe in our house that was between our two bathrooms quickly and efficiently. He was wonderful to work with. I can say we have found our new plumber! Thanks again!!!

Air Express Plumbing has been the most outstanding plumbing service I have ever received. Our plumber, was kind, friendly, efficient, helpful, and even great with our dogs. He made sure to explain everything to us and their service are neat, fast, courteous and definitely solved our major plumbing issues! We definitely will call them again in the future. They are literally the best plumbing experience we have had! We would highly recommend them to friends, family, and anyone else in need! If you having plumbing issues look nowhere else. We've been dreading having a plumber come to our house. However, after Rigo (sp?) and his co-worker were done, I knew we could've called them sooner. They were courteous, clean, and very knowledgeable. They didn't try to up-sale us, were not outrageously expensive, did not make a huge mess, and most importantly, were able to fix our problem. They even took video of what they did! I highly recommend them! If you have a plumbing problem you're apprehensive about having investigated, don't put it off another minute! Call Joe Nettles!

We used this company before awhile back and wanted to use them again for some projects around the house. The plumbers show up and spend a good 30 minutes talking on their phones, doing whatever-while charging by the hour. We supplied the faucets that we wanted to change out in both of our upstairs bathrooms but was told one of the boxes was missing the drain stop. We also wanted them to check and fix any leaking valves under the sinks but was told since it’s welded to the knob they’d have to cut a hole in the wall and fix it that way - No thank you. They did however fix a running toilet upstairs but since the rest of the projects did not get completed as hoped what should have only taken one hour ended up costing almost $500 for two hours of “work”. This was a disappointing service and we will go with someone else next time.
