Camera and cable were used to find the problem in the waste line. The toilet was removed and reinstalled somewhat unnecessarily as there was an in-house wall mounted access nearby. The garden had to be disturbed to find and refit the clean out. This took time and digging! Everything was restored very satisfactorily. Very nice young men!

James was professional and did a great job. He fixed everything in a timely manner and was very nice.

He installed an updated pump toilet, and did a wonderful job! I highly recommend him.

I couldn't be happier with Acacias. Hector came out quickly after being called for a leak somewhere in my yard and did a large amount or probing to narrow down the leak. Turns out to have been a heck of a time, with pipes on top of pipes, all under a french drain making the repair very hard to get to the damaged portion of the pipes. I felt bad at all of the unexpected surprises and told Hector he should feel free to charge me more or whatever is fair for the additional unexpected complications - to which he refused and said he would stick to his word. I couldn't be happier at the service and Hector himself was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, honest, and kept me up to date with his timing, arrival and findings - he was also very welcoming to allow me to hover around and ask questions. Highly recommend him.

I had to replace the water heater and Houston Plumbing Services did a great job. Leonard arrived on time, replaced the water heater and most important, his price was very competitive compare with the other two quotes that I got. Definitely will contact them for any other plumbing issues.

Ruben and his crew are absolutely fabulous!! He is very responsive to calls and texts. I called Ruben after I came home to find that two pipes had burst in the attic and flooded the house during the winter storm last week. He asked me to send photos of the issue to make sure they already had the parts for the job rather than show up and determine they didn’t have what they needed. Due to the increased demand for their services, without hesitation Rueben assured me he would be there the next morning. They were on time, courteous, and definitely provide quality work... They even found another small leak that didn’t pertain to my original call and had that fixed in same day. With the extremely busy schedule they have due to the winter storm, I can without a doubt write that Rueben wants to take care of as many people in one day that he can in order to help restore normalcy to the lives of those effected by the storm. He and his team are absolutely genuine people who provide an exceptional level of work and customer service. We are so grateful for you and your crew. I thought I had a problem with the backflow valve for our sprinkler system and needed to have it repaired. Out of the 6 companies I checked with, Acosta plumbing was the only one that took time to ask me questions on what I’m seeing and even called to explain things and asked me to try a couple things first to see if it is really broken. It turns out after trying those few things, I did not need any repair! I appreciate the time Acosta took to give me their advice and I avoided having to pay for someone to come out to check on it due to the honesty of Acosta. Thank you!

Byrd’s came out to the house right away! Their technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He got the problem fixed quickly, cleaned up and and was on his way.There were some issues with charges on the bill due to factors outside of Byrd’s control, but worked with me on a solution.If you need service, please give them a call!
