They came to my home to replace my water heater. it was from 1999 and leaking red water all over my cealing. they came in protected my carpits with dropcloths and changed the heater and i feel my house was cleaner after they left. the were verry responsive to my questions and keeped me informed the whole time over all the best experience with a plumber ive ever had

Technician arrived maskless. I require a mask to gain entry to my home. He left to get a mask. Upon return, I asked if he had shoe protectors before going upstairs. He said no. I asked him to please remove his shoes to protect the carpet. He walked out and said I need to call another plumber. ?

Two men came out to my home and looked down the drain using no instruments in March of 2017.... They said, that I needed to get someone to drain the septic tank. I contacted Coastal Plumbing, they came and did a complete scope of all of the lines, took care of the septic tank and completely repaired everything. My homeowners paid for the work, it was $14,000. Two years later, I receive a bill from Texas Drain Technologies, Inc. for $59.95 with a note that states: Is there some reason why you have not paid this invoice? TDT did the work and would like to be paid in full. It looks like it is signed with the initials DW First of all, TDT did not do any work whatsoever... I called today, 01/31/2019 to speak with someone about this invoice. The lady that answered was extremely rude and snickered at me over the phone. I always pay my bills immediately and on time. This is very very poor customer service. In addition, a highly unethical business practice.

Toilet was wobbling and leaking at the base. I set up an appointment online and was called to confirm service and date requested. They came out on-time and presented all options before starting. When I called Got Flow, I let them know it was an emergency & Michael promptly arrived. He explained in detail what they were going to do & got started right away. He was very professional & took care of the problem. We are very happy with the job they did.

I needed to have the gas line inspected that leads to the fireplace before installing gas logs. The young men who arrived were courteous and explained the process from start to finish. They were able to to complete the work in one visit and did an excellent job. I did feel that the cost was quite high for the work done but was pleased with the service and would recommend the company.

A reputable plumber should offer some kind of guarantee on their work. Make sure you understand what is covered and for how long before you hire them.

Every year it seems like something goes wrong with my unit and I spend money. This company responded quick and the tech (Kevin) was very knowledgeable. He made us feel like he cared and he wasn't giving a short term fix. Hopefully they have out there like Kevin.

I agree with the previous reviewer. People giving them favorable reviews must be family. They just did not show up to their first appoint, I rescheduled for the next day and they called me 40 mins after the appointment time t let me know the plumber was running behind.I specifically asked if they were going to be able to make it that day and they confirmed YES, never showed up again, never called with an update again, never answered the phone again.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Go somewhere else as these people are terrible.Ps. I gave them one star because there is no option of giving them no stars :@
