I had estimate for work needed to add water line for new fridge and replace irrigation backflow. Will decide after getting estimate from another company how to proceed. Technician was helpful and knowledgeable. However, I would prefer the form they want you to sign electronically stated that I was only acknowledging receiving estimate. Instead it shows acceptance of $0.00 being authorized as work to be done. I signed it because it showed $0 but don't like that. Abacus has previously worked on clogged pipes for me and I've been happy with them.

Did not show up on time, plumbers did not understand how a loop system works. Told me would be an additional day to make repair due to there inexperienced technicians.

Excellent service, without a doubt, almost immediate attention. I called and they quickly sent a technician to check my installations. My condenser had been damaged, the technician was very kind to explain everything that was happening and proceeded to fix it very efficiently.

Plumber's experience truly showed as he explained the intricacies of the issues that had affected the store I maintain. This plumbing company people are very rude They overcharge for their services. They were sent to our house by the warranty company to do repair, person behaved rudely, claimed job done without doing any work, and asking $500 for a simple paint job. Never use them, it's better to learn from other's experience then fell the pain by yourself.On your response - I was continuously talking to my wife during that time. She/we never approved start working on the project. Your technician couldn't communicate/understand in English and went ahead with what he was instructed and you lied to warranty company that we approved the job. There was 3rd person trying to be a translator/manager over the phone but she was very rude and delayed. And $500 for just the paint job? I called two other contractors to get a quote, they were less than $400 to complete the patch and do the paint job on the patch and other water strained areas all together.
