Very unprofessional company. The foreman (Guy) states one thing regarding prices and services but has selective memory. Charges change day by day. The workers are very sloppy. The workers do not clean their messes nor leave your residence in the orderly manner it may have been before the repair work. The old sewer pipes were left in the corner of my yard-when I asked if the were responsible for removing and disposing they stated no-they are not responsible. (the pipes are too heavy for me to remove). This company should be rated F! One thing they have no problem with is getting your money. I do Not recommend them.-

I couldn't be happier with Acacias. Hector came out quickly after being called for a leak somewhere in my yard and did a large amount or probing to narrow down the leak. Turns out to have been a heck of a time, with pipes on top of pipes, all under a french drain making the repair very hard to get to the damaged portion of the pipes. I felt bad at all of the unexpected surprises and told Hector he should feel free to charge me more or whatever is fair for the additional unexpected complications - to which he refused and said he would stick to his word. I couldn't be happier at the service and Hector himself was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, honest, and kept me up to date with his timing, arrival and findings - he was also very welcoming to allow me to hover around and ask questions. Highly recommend him.

Chester was great. Took the time to make sure the job was going to be done correctly. Presented us with several options. More concerned with doing the right thing than making a sale. Great customer service.

Plummer came out to fix faucet..now when y turn shower ? ff the shower still runs. It doesn't turn off like it should once water off. Not a good job at all

We were blown away with the services we received from James and Capital Care Plumbing. The most descriptive word I can think of is integrity which sadly few service entities have these days. James was super responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He could have charged us a small fortune and did not but instead got us fixed up at a fraction of what we could have been charged. We had some back and forth discussions and he responded immediately each time and the phone team truly made me feel that they cared.
