I had previously dealt with Quality a/c and plumbing (not by choice) with terrible results.I called Nicks plumbing to repair the mistake of the previous company.This is now my third time using Nicks.The customer service is fantastic and each employee has been amazing to work with. They make it a point to show you their work upon completion. Josue was extremely pleasant and did a great job.

The guys come out on time. They review the situation and provide a quote. They do the work in a timely manner and even with a great attitude. This company is one that I would refer anyone to.

BlueFrog Plumbing responded quickly and professionally to my request for service. Josh evaluated the issue, presented me with his plan/cost and then resolved the issue. Very happy with the service and the company.

Very professional James took the time and explained everything to us, answered all are questions that we had. They installed a clean out in the backyard coming back to do more work.

Sebastian was knowledgeable and professional. He gave me options for the repair so that the repair would be effective and work within my budget. He also offered financing options. He told me, in detail, what was causing the problem, and what I could expect in the future. I will definitely call Sebastian again for my plumbing needs.

WE WOULD NEVER HIRE BRADS PLUMBING AGAIN. Sent out 3 guys in two vans, one admittedly an apprentice that did not much more than stand around hold a ladder. Only one guy did any real work.They broke the access panel in the ceiling and made a makeshift replacement out of MY materials, BUT they were just going to tape it together and do nothing more, but I prevailed. For 2 SMALL leaks needing only 2 galvanized nipples, one coupling and 2 waterflex connectors, we were charged over $550.00 and not provided an itemized invoice. My husband was aghast at the bill and I called and asked for an itemized invoice detailing material and labor which I received promptly by mail. Brad showed he charged $9.00 to provide an itemized invoice. Padding the bill and charging for itemized invoices....what a shady businessman. BAD BUSINESS>

As a project coordinator for a nonprofit reconstruction organization its important we use the most reliable subcontractors. Houston Plumbing is that kind of sub. Always returns calls, is there when the say they will be, and completes the job for what they said they would and in a timely manner.

Two men came out to my home and looked down the drain using no instruments in March of 2017.... They said, that I needed to get someone to drain the septic tank. I contacted Coastal Plumbing, they came and did a complete scope of all of the lines, took care of the septic tank and completely repaired everything. My homeowners paid for the work, it was $14,000. Two years later, I receive a bill from Texas Drain Technologies, Inc. for $59.95 with a note that states: Is there some reason why you have not paid this invoice? TDT did the work and would like to be paid in full. It looks like it is signed with the initials DW First of all, TDT did not do any work whatsoever... I called today, 01/31/2019 to speak with someone about this invoice. The lady that answered was extremely rude and snickered at me over the phone. I always pay my bills immediately and on time. This is very very poor customer service. In addition, a highly unethical business practice.

I wanted to switch back to a gas stove, but was worrried about the capped gas line and hook up. M&M came out, checked the line and then hooked up my new stove and even re-lit my water heater pilot light when done. They didn't try to sell me on stuff I didn't need and did great work at a reasonable price. Solid friendly folks!

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

The day following Thanksgiving, I had utilized YB Plumbing Services LLC- Sewer & Drain Cleaning inspection. They were professional, on time, and clear about what the inspection entailed. During the examination, he described the problem areas with the sewer lateral and, if it needed to be replaced, suggested moving some trees and shrubs out of the way so their roots wouldn't interfere with the installation or cause any further problems.

It was Sunday and they came out , had our hot water heater replaced in no time . Very helpful and I think gave us a good ideal for being a Sunday. Service man was very polite and thorough. The owner even came to make sure everything was good.

The service was easy for me through and through. They gave me an estimate I was pleased with. They explained what the costs of everything, answered all my questions, and guided me through the entire process. The end result is now I have a new shower that beats the outdated one. Much needed. Thank you for everything :) !! I highly recommend.

24 Hour Plumbing Texas was on time, courteous, and very respectful of my space. The staff explained the work that needed to be done and was wonderfully efficient and thorough. Not at all surprising. The staff did professional plumbing services , Thank you all at 24 Hour Plumbing Texas !!

I'm happy to have found this guy. Chris Perot turned out to be a good, caring plumber - like in the old days. He's an independent plumber with his own stocked van. He answered his own phone, came out quick, and fixed all my small problems right away (a kitchen drainline stoppage, and a leaking pipe). He is coming back later to fix a broken shower knob. Fast, friendly, affordable. Ken came out on a Sunday after church and fixed our broken hose pipe for the amount he quoted over the phone and in the time frame he estimated. He upgraded our pipe to a better quality pipe, mount and spigot and didn't upcharge me. I gave him some mint from our garden. :)

Extremely dissatisfied. I called my home warranty and they scheduled kintex come out to fix a shower valve that broke all of a sudden when starting. (The metal spoke connecting the handle to the internal plumbing broke) They came out and evaluated, and I'm just finding out today several days later after no follow up that they stated it wasn't normal wear and tear so my claim was denied by my warranty company. (keep in mind that I had already called plumbers in the area before I called my home warranty service to see if it would cost less through an individual than my deductible ) the plumber prior said yes that's a common issue with those shower faucets that come standard with these homes and he's replaced several throughout the yrs in the area but that it would cost more for him to do than my deductible. So question is how much actual knowledge of these types of common situations that sound like they should be well known in a company that specializes in plumbing are being miss labeled, or could it also be that the pay thats compensated for the work by the warranty company wasn't what they found fair and would of rather denied the claim? (He stated he might also need to cut out the back wall to get to the parts inside, and could end up as a lengthy process so before working on it he wants to make sure he has all the tools he needs) why give all the details and information on the next steps while you were in my home if you infact knew you were going to say it was miss use and the claim would then be denied?**UPDATE** 3/25/20My warranty company offered an option to do a second opinion with another company and they sent out 'Lindsay Company' this time around. The gentleman here came in, checked out the Valve and said almost exactly what I was told by the plumber prior to Kintex coming out. He said he sees this happen alot with this Moen brand valve, overtime they get kind of tough to turn and eventually break and he's replaced several. He's working on replacing the valve as I type this out. Kintex I would hope that you would share this with your employees (especially the 2 that came out) to make sure it doesn't happen again. Thanks.
