All I can say is Blue Frog plumbing of NW Houston is now my go to plumber!!!!!! They are Fabulous!!!!! I had them replace a toilet in my home and I was blown away by how professional and experienced they were!!!! They not only did a great job , they were on time and very neat. I highly recommend them!!! Way to go Blue Frog plumbing of NW Houston!!!

I complete a request online for services to be completed for my garbage disposal. The tech who came out, Michael felt that he could assess the situation by just taken my none expertise to say that the disposal needed to be changed completely. While his assessment may have been correct, I would have felt much better had he even looked that the disposal to confirm that it was actually something that needed to be changed. He then continued to tell me that he didn’t have to look at the garbage disposal because he has been doing plumbing for 20 years. Of course I will be using another company and never using Toto-rooter they are expensive and unprofessional. Stay away from this company they are concerned about there bottom line and not helping people.

Ben, the plumber contacted me and let me know the time he will arrive. He arrived on time. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing so I could understand. .He fixed the garbage disposal, clearing the clog in good time. He is excellent. He had his mask on the whole time. I highly recommend Ben and Texas Premier Plumbing.

Chose them over 10 years ago because they offer Aceduraflo. Have helped me out a number of times, many in a pinch! They expect only the best out of all their employees who are proud to work for TDT. They offer the best solutions for the situation. They are not in business to sell you unnecessary products or services. They will come back out of there is an issue. I have fired two plumbers in Houston due to ethics and overcharging. TDT is an awesome company!

DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding. Very professional and friendly. Chris explained in a way you would understand the problems with the air conditioning unit, tub and drain in person and via videos he took while he was at work on the roof. He gave recommendations and choices taking into consideration how much budget you have in mind. I took their business name and phone from yelp and chose them as I had both air conditioning and plumbing issues and it was smooth sailing from when I first contacted them. The work was all done on the same day. Thanks and I would use them again in the future!

Very quick to respond via Yelp message and had an appointment the following day. Crew was timely and respectful. They weren't able to fix my problem (only narrow down the issue) as it appears to have been an issue with my dishwasher but I would highly recommend and plan to use Acosta for any future plumbing needs.

Two exterior faucets were replaced, along with a master shut off valve. John was exactly on time for our appointment, and was very professional at determining what I needed and got everything done within two hours. I will certainly use them again.

My domestic 10 years historical water heater stopped working and so I referred to as this company for their service. They were speedy to get there carried out the analysis and determined out that the heating unit had burned out and wished replacement. The technician set up a new one and hot water restored.

Stated 24 hour service, and when I called on Sunday night, the person answering the phone was very rude with a lot of attitude. Don't understand why there are many 5 start ratings, but definitely 1 star or lower for this time. If you do not want to service on Sunday night, don't say you are a 24-hour service company.

Air Express Plumbing has been the most outstanding plumbing service I have ever received. Our plumber, was kind, friendly, efficient, helpful, and even great with our dogs. He made sure to explain everything to us and their service are neat, fast, courteous and definitely solved our major plumbing issues! We definitely will call them again in the future. They are literally the best plumbing experience we have had! We would highly recommend them to friends, family, and anyone else in need! If you having plumbing issues look nowhere else. Just wanted to take a minute to express our sincere appreciation to Zach and the entire staff at Nettles Plumbing for their quick responsiveness and professionalism. We had a pipe rupture in our garage last night. we turned off the main valve and contacted them this morning to see about getting service. Zach (Owner) had a man out VERY promptly and made the necessary repairs and now we are back online... Cant say thank you enough to the entire staff. Will most defiantly being using them exclusively from now on and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service of ANY kind. Our toilet was backed up due to the usage of disposable wipes. We learned from that wet wipes that call themselves flushable are not biodegradable! Very professional, efficient & honest.

Wanted to charge $45 just to come out to give a price on repairs. I did tell them what needed to be repaired.
