I'm overjoyed to have discovered Houston-based GEI Plumbing Services. The receptionist, Ashley, explained the tech's travel expenses and noted that they may be deducted from the service fee if it turned out that something else needed to be fixed. When the tech was in route, I received a text message letting me know. The technician, GUY, addressed any worries I had as a new homeowner and gave me sound advice on my water heater. I am submitting this positive evaluation of GEI since they provided same-day assistance within the allotted time and applied credit to any services needed to resolve the issue.

Very professional, I had Arnos and Luis visited me today and fixed the gas leak behind the fireplace. They were very professional, cleaned everything before leaving, and stopped the leak. Very satisfied. Thanks!!

Brock was very efficient in replacing our gas element on the water heater. He explained the process and even told me how to drain the water heater to help push out the sediment.
