Excellent service! I highly recommend Acacias Plumbing. Called them and they offered to be there the following morning (my issue was not an emergency). My schedule did not work for that so they came out the next day. The plumber who arrived was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain everything to me. He did not push any unnecessary fixes or upcharge me. He took his time to make sure my leak was fixed before packing up and leaving. I am so happy I have found a plumber that I trust!

Joel was efficient, courteous and knowledgable. I felt comfortable with his recommendations as he presented himself as an experienced technician. He has excellent communication skills.

No idea why there are so many raving reviews about OneCall Houston on Google. Personally, my only positive aspects were prompt call center response and sending a plumber to my house the same day.My water heater gas control valve was diagnosed to have failed catastrophically, requiring replacement. Obviously I was interested in remedying this ASAP, as this prevented my water heater from functioning.Let the issues begin:1) My water heater was still under manufacturer warranty, so replacement parts were free, but the OneCall plumber refused to pick up the parts kit from a local parts wholesaler (literally a 10 min drive from my house). Instead he/OneCall baked the price of a new valve and kit into the pricing. The plumber said most customers just pay it to rush the install the same day (my BS meter was starting to go off by this point).OneCall = $629 total flat rate; OneCall is odd and don’t convey the separate costs for parts and labor (just a lump sum with no transparency). I found out the valve kit is valued at $250, so the labor must have been $379, the remainder. Skipping ahead a bit: other plumbing company in the Greater Heights area = $145 labor ($234 savings).2) When I balked at the OneCall pricing so I could ensure I was getting the best value, the plumber began pushing me to replace my entire hot water heater for over $1000. I was getting quite furious with OneCall then and decided I needed to shop the plumbing market, and to pick up the replacement control valve kit myself.I went to a different plumbing service provider, and saved over $200 in labor alone (not to mention I saved an additional $250 on the free gas valve kit from the warranty claim). The other plumber was much more pleasant and straightforward, finished the work in a quality and prompt manner.Overall, I am terribly dissatisfied with OneCall and their lazy, pushy plumber they sent. I nor none of you should accept their absurdly high prices and awful service, there are many other plumbing service providers around town.

Called Picket Plumbing for a gas leak but experienced horrible service. Technician provided estimate but the estimate was for other areas and did not even provide estimate for actual issue that we called for. Technician stated they could not fix the initial problem until the other areas could be fixed. Estimated cost $3000+ Called centerpoint to confirm if what the this company claimed was true and it was false information. Technician had stated he could fix issue same day but after he left when we called back (not event 20 minutes later) they stated they were closed for the day (2pm) and they could not solve problem until Monday (initially called them Wednesday). Ended up calling another company and they fixed for $250 same day! This company was charging us $3000+ and that wasn't even to fix originally issue. Not to mention that the ladies who were answering the phone were rude from the get go. Do NOT use this company. Very poor service and cost was ridiculous.

I made an appointment to repair pipes due to the terrible freeze. They made the appointment and was on time. The service representative Chris was very nice and he explained everything and took pictures so I could see the damage. They were very efficient. I plan to use them again to service my AC.

I showed him the pipe leak and it was fixed in a couple of hours. Great service. Fred and his helper Ray were very professional. They give John Moore Services a good reputation.

Byrd’s came out to the house right away! Their technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He got the problem fixed quickly, cleaned up and and was on his way.There were some issues with charges on the bill due to factors outside of Byrd’s control, but worked with me on a solution.If you need service, please give them a call!

My AC unit was old and needed to get a new unit, I have been speaking with Christian from Turbo AC, he was a great person to talk to and very professional, he answer all the questions I had about a new unit. They installed a new AC unit in my house and the crew was very quick and very responsive to their job, this guys know what there doing. Great job guys. Thank you Christian for all you did and thank you Turbo. I definitely recommend Turbo to anyone.

We called Air Tech for the heating system maintenance. Efrain did an excellent job and thoroughly explained everything. We have not been disappointed!!

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.
