The repair crew responded quickly and resolved my water line leak within 2 1/2 hours. I had forgotten how much we rely on running water and was very glad to get it back. David and his crew were professional, friendly and responsive.By the way, plumbers charge way too much for what they do.Dig a little trench, put in some new plastic pipe (PEK) and then ask for $2,800.Nope. That’s way more expensive than an appendectomy.We settled for less. Much less.

During a time where plumbers were working through a high demand time, this company went above the standard and worked us into their schedule. On a Sunday, when no one else was available or willing or even able to work us in. The plumber arrived, identified the issue, and discounted the price; because it was a simple fix. That’s an upstanding action, as I’m hearing of friends and co-workers being charged astronomical prices due to the demand of plumbers. A trusting and honest company is rare in these times! I would gladly refer and use them again! Thank you for helping us during a trying time!!

Professional and on time.

I wouldn’t go to them again. They charged me $350 just to open up my ceiling. That’s before making any repairs to the leak I had and after a $75 visit fee. I’m not sure if this is standard but $350 to make a hole in the ceiling? Excessive and abusive. Then they said they wouldn’t fix the drywall because they’re not drywall repairmen which I understand but if that’s the case, why would you charge me $350 to open up the drywall if you’re not a drywall repairman?I’ve had work done with another company and they didn’t charge me to open up the ceiling. I didn’t try to find anyone else this time because I was under a time crunch. I hate that people try to take advantage of others in tough situations.I do want to say that despite this, the owner was kind and courteous enough to let me know of another potential issue with my HVAC as a consequence of the leak. That said, I also think they’re the ones the cut the air duct when making the hole in the ceiling. How ironic after charging me that $350 cutting fee.

Matthew did a fabulous job capping a gas grill line for us. He was kind, efficient, respectful of our property, and communicated all that was needed. We are so grateful for his help.

We used Pickett Plumbing/Malek Electrical to install a whole house generator. The salesman was great and helped us with some issues we had with the office staff when scheduling. The installation teams were professional and keep us apprised throughout the day.

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.
