Nick’s kept me update as the time they would be there, the repairman’s name and experience, and the cost. Everything was accurate. Fix the issue.

Rex was awesome. He went above and beyond to help us diagnose our plumbing issues. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend him and Wedgeworth Plumbing. They were professional, quick to respond, and easy to work with.

Houston Plumbing Services came out after Winter Storm Uri and fixed no less than 6 busted pipes to make sure I had a working bathroom and kitchen again. The plumbers took time to explain what was happening and my options and the office stayed in touch about the time for my appointment. Having someone to keep you updated about when they could come out was a huge relief, considering how hard it was to get in touch with anyone this week. And the guys did great work, made sure everything was running and scheduled a follow up appointment. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Reasonable prices, punctuality of work and clear descriptions make this a go-to company. I am happy that I have this company looking after my ac/ heater. Carolyn is a gem.

I have called twice now and Derrick has been sent. Once was a minor repair so he was alone but this time he and Kelly had to risk life and limb repairing a pipe in a cathedral ceiling. Not only that they are just plain nice! They cleaned up before they left and everything!

I have used them for several repairs (fireplace gas supply, hot water heater replacement, repiping, pipe repairs). They always arrive when they say they will, come prepared to complete the job and provide friendly service. While I don't enjoy actually paying the bill, their prices are affordable, and it is definitely worth it for good quality service and techs that respect your time.

Asif fixed multiple problems with my AC and did so in a timely and professional manner. I can't recommend Asif or Air Tech highly enough, I wish I had discovered them years ago.

Will has taken care of big and small plumbing issues in my home. He made sure everything was done correctly. I have no worries about the quality of the work Will has done for me.

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.

Early Monday Vossler messed up my kitchen, didn't repair a thing, with a commitment they would be back the next day, but now it's Thurs night and they are completely no responsive.
