After deciding it’s time to take the plunge to get a new AC system, I contacted quite a few local companies that were all highly rated on Google. None of them gave me the experience I had with Abacus. From my initial call in, they started off on the right foot. Customer service was exceptional and everyone was easy to talk to, never awkward or uncomfortable. Our sales/technician, Bradley, was second to none. Out of every person that came to our home Bradley exceeded the standard. He sat with me to explain not only the process of what would happen during an install, but what the heck is involved in an HVAC system in the first place. He went over the different types of units we could install and how each one would benefit us. The fact that he spent so much time to go over every single detail was really so helpful. I’m so glad I found Abacus, and I can’t wait for our new system to be installed later today!

I contacted them, pre-covid-19, to assist me with a residential home bathroom (update plumbing) and to relocate kitchen from one location to another (piping of new location of kitchen). I was informed that everything was complete and I could proceed with my renovation of the home. However, Covid-19 came along and I had to stop all construction at the home. After a year later, I started with the renovations once again. The city of Houston permitting informed me that the scope of the work being done needs to be permitted. I pleaded with Santiago Plumbing to please assist me with this task since I was falsely informed that the permits for rough inspection were completed. I have 3 months waiting for a response from them. I regret doing business with them. I was misinformed on the idea that they had done the permits and completed the job.

Thank you Houston Plumbing Services. I am truly amazed by the professionalism and courteous service from everyone. The lady that returned my phone calls answer so many of my questions and took care of my changes to the order. The plumbers showed up early on a Sunday and drapped the carpet and stairs to install a new hot water heater. The expierence was so smooth and seemless. They had quality water heaters in stock and the installation went so smoothly, I didn't have to wait any extra days.I would highly recommend using Houston Plumbing Services to all my friends and family! Exceptional people!!

We had an outside pipe break during the recent winter storm. We started calling plumbers on Wednesday in hope of getting someone out the following week. TDT actually answered our call and indicated they would have a technician call us Friday. We were so excited but still a bit doubtful so continued to make calls and we were put on wait lists. TDT called first thing Friday morning to advise someone would be out before noon and they were. The part for our repair was not on their truck so they went back to their office to get the part and made the repair. AMAZING.We will never use another plumber.

Worked with Ian and Steve. They were EXCELLENT in their service, care, and attentiveness to the job. It was my first time working with this company. They had creative ideas which helped to save me money. They are my plumbing company of choice here forward, without a doubt!

Noticed all these reviews are dated around the same time frame and all sounds alike? Another red flag, most of them have only 1 single review, I'd do more research before hiring this plumbing company

AAA Plumbers did an amazing job!!!!! The City of Houston came days before my owner's visit and dug a HUGE hole. I called AAA and they went to work! They had a crew there the next morning, Joseph & Weldon were wonderful. They kept me updated throughout the day and waited patiently for me when I was with clients. The day of my visit we expected to have a mess to clean up but your team had it looking GREAT! Thank you!

Came out to my home and fixed my bathroom faucets that the other plumbers would not fix, and found out the other plumbers were not licensed or insured. I have recieved his name from a referral and I highly recommend his service. Joey Master Licensed Plumber comes out personally and does all the work himself. And guarantees his work.

George and Daniel provided superb service yesterday. They were able to fix the leak issue by completing the repipe job rapidly and affordably. I would definitely recommend them to other real estate investors in the Houston area.

An appointment was made to fix a leak the plumber came out said he did not have the parts needed to fix it, he also said he would return later in the evening and never did. the owner told me to stop complaining about the services After I explained the situation.

That should be a skull and crossbones, not a star. Sure, it's after the freeze, but when I inquired about getting on their list, I was told they charge $149 membership fee just to get on the wait list, then $450 just for the service call. I told them they should be ashamed of themselves, and they should.

Great Service. On time. Rogelio was very courteous and explained everything in detail. I have an older AC unit and rather than keeping on repairing the unit, Rogelio explained to me the different options on upgrading to a New system. Definitely would use Mission Air again. They earned my business.

Early for apt (a good thing), put footies on before entering (so as not to track stuff in), introduced themselves w/ friendly handshake (owner), looked over job & gave multiple options. Worked efficiently w/ no mess & offered $$ options. Will call again.

I was having a plumbing issue in my home, and it was turning into a complete nightmare! But as soon I called and placed my claim with my home warranty Kintex called me to set up an appointment they treated me with great customer service and understanding as I Explained to them about my problem. Amy discussed the pricing and then proceeded to setup and appointment. When the tech came out he did an awesome job. I would most definitely use them again! And recommend them to others! Thank you!
