Great experience, arrived on time, gave me the estimate ahead of time, very clean, fantastic job.

Hot Water Guys are the best. I called as a first time customer to make an appointment for annual service on my tankless hot water heater. Their staff was helpful and up front about the cost and emailed me directly after we hung up to gather more information I wasn't able to provide on the phone.The technician arrived quickly, was efficient, and even noticed something in my unit that should have been turned on to make it more efficient but wasn't, so he did so without an extra charge. I'll absolutely be calling Hot Water Guys for all future service needs on my system.

Had previously given this company a 5 star rating. This week, we have had them out to replace our external electric box, update our internal box to current codes.After this, we found out we needed to replace our entire A/C system. They came out the next day, then left without finishing the work (we found this out when the new A/C stopped working the next day and one of their techs informed us that it was not complete).They also told me they would schedule someone to come the next day and re-install our attic stairs (this wasn't scheduled until I spoke to their management on Thursday night). It's currently Friday, the stairs have finally been re-installed (took literally 30 minutes to do). There are exposed wires lying on the ground outside next to our condenser that have been spliced together and covered in taped and I've been getting an endless string of your on the schedule for today, but no ETA after being told the evening before that someone would be out before noon.Update: Have two customer concern escalation tickets logged. We'll see if they get in touch.Update 2: They called and tried to schedule an appointment for Monday. I explained the situation to the scheduler (which was probably my 9th time to explain it to someone) who was very understanding and helpful in escalating it. Someone is now on the way out to the house. This was a horrible experience.Update 3: Finally fixed. I should say ALL the technicians we're excellent. The issue with this company seems to be with the installation crew, a lack of communication in customer service and dispatch, and management (except for Rick who was extremely helpful). Not sure what happened to this company but it'll be a hard road to win back any trust from us.Pictured Below: Electrical safety!

I called Santiago plumbing for a commercial job and they were awesome! Then during the hard freeze of February 2021 all my pipes froze and broke, even with all the people needing repairs at that time Santiago stepped up and got EVERYTHING repaired not on in my home but also at our church. WOW, these guys really came through for us! Brandon rocks and his prices are fair. Santiago Plumbing is my go to company for everything having to do with plumbing now. Thank you for always going the extra mile!

Both Leonardo and Mario performed an outstanding job in fixing the gas leak of our home at a reasonable charge. I have witnessed their quality of work, and they will be my preferred plumbing company for any future needs, and I will surely refer them to my friends.

Micah Nunez and Jack Fisk were the technicians who performed a camera sewer inspection and remounting of toilets. Micah and Jack were knowledgeable and professional. I will call again, if I need further services.

Unfortunately, this company did a poor, poor job in ATTEMPTING to clear a clog in our kitchen sink.I had a clogged sink which has happened 2 other times in the 15 years I have lived in my home. Instead of going the a big company I checked Yelp for a plumber. After reading several reviews I chose to contact **. Emilio quoted $189 to clear the clog. We scheduled an appointment for 10:00 am. The crew did not show up until almost noon. I had to cancel WA work appointment for early afternoon. After 2 hours I was surprised that his crew had not been able to clear the clog. They advised it could not be cleared with a snake and they had to use a hydrojet. They advised that they would have to come out on Monday. I was quoted a price of $259.00 for the first hour and ** for every hour thereafter. I researched this issue over the weekend and asked some friends if anyone knew a plumber who could come and take a 2nd look at it. One did so I cancelled my appointment.The 2nd plumber was able to clear the clog in 30 minutes using a snake. This was my experience when I had a clog the other 2 times. The plumber said a hydrojet is only used in apartments or commercial buildings. After the plumber left I called and spoke to Emilio. I advised that my plumber was able to clear the clog with a snake in 30 minutes. He seemed surprised to hear that I called another plumber out. I asked why he crew could not clear the clog. He did not have an answer. I asked if his crew was it experienced enough to clear a simple clog or was he trying to rip me off. Due to our dissatisfaction, Emilio promised to come back to our home and give us half of our money back because his workers couldn't unclog something in two hours where it took another 30 minutes. He never came and cleared my check like nobody's business. We will be taking our business with our second plumber from now on and NOT from Emilio.

Have used David Hicks Plumbing for many years & they have always been very dependable. I would highly recommend them to
anybody. Class Company for sure.

Kintex is very difficult to communicate with. They are a FL and TX company with an automated phone system. To speak with anyone it takes several phone prompts and a wait time of 45 mins ( if you are first in que) The person answering has no plumbing knowledge. They scheduled a plumber, then called the day scheduled and rescheduled 7 days later. We canceled the service and called a local plumber who arrived within 1 hour of our call.
