The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone and the one that actually came to our house were both very polite and knowledgeable. They were able to come out the same day but were flexible to schedule for the next day as well. Weren't pushy about adding on work that didn't actually need to be done, just what was needed to rectify our issue. Pricing is fair for the services rendered. Overall, a very positive experience and I will be contacting them again in future.

We purchased a new refrigerator and when the installers turned off the water to the old ice maker to install the water line to the new ice maker, the water turnoff valve began a slow leak. They tried to tighten the valve to stop the leak but it did not stop leaking.. We called Abacus and requested a plumber - thinking we would need a new water shutoff valve (our home is 28 yrs. old). Jason arrived first thing the next morning and was able to stop the leak without having to replace the valve. He could have told us the valve needed to be replaced and we would have believed him. Jason called an gave us an hour notice that he was on his way. Arrived on time and was very pleasant, courteous and professional. We will use the service again.

I called Santiago plumbing for a commercial job and they were awesome! Then during the hard freeze of February 2021 all my pipes froze and broke, even with all the people needing repairs at that time Santiago stepped up and got EVERYTHING repaired not on in my home but also at our church. WOW, these guys really came through for us! Brandon rocks and his prices are fair. Santiago Plumbing is my go to company for everything having to do with plumbing now. Thank you for always going the extra mile!

My friend needed a plumber urgently while I was visiting. After reading their reviews, we gave Houston Plumbing services a call.They were excellent, swift and worked like they were fixing something at their own home. They cleaned after themselves something that my friend really appreciated considering she has kids at home. The problem was resolved, the work was done really well and my friend loved them. Professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough, They were able to diagnose and repair a problem that a previous plumber told me would cost $14,000 to repair. Fortunately, I got a second opinion. Micah and Matt were able to flush the line which saved THOUSANDS of dollars and a compromised foundation by unnecessary digging. If you need a good plumber, look no further! Emilio, as promised, here is my review.Long story short: Kitchen plumbing failed on me, I couldn't get it unclogged, couldn't run the dish washer, I tried chemicals and, snake line but nothing worked, made a mess of the wood floor and pissed off the wife with my poor attempt at plumbing. I went online and googled plumbers, with good reviews (I have been burned in the past so now I try to make sure there are enough good reviews before I let someone into my house), near my zip code and quickly found Emilio's Get It Done Plumbing service. In less than 5 minutes I was able to explain to him my problem, he was quick to provide a possible diagnostics and quick to make time to stop by and fix the problem the next day. He also gave a nice discount since i found him online and in exchange for an online review of his service, once complete. Problem is now fixed and I will certainly be a return customer. Thanks. Technician Perez arrives on time, very polite and considerate, keeps in touch if materials delayed - excellent. Noticed all these reviews are dated around the same time frame and all sounds alike? Another red flag, most of them have only 1 single review, I'd do more research before hiring this plumbing company

The techs that came out were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were helpful in fixing the issues and provide details and explanations. It was a late Saturday night that we called and they came quickly and within the given time frame. I would highly recommended!

The best service

He (Mike the owner) did not honor the price quoted and charged 3 times more. His crew (Ken) did mistakes and it did not pass the inspection and they had to redo and charged me for their errors. Unreliable provider, the contractor I had which they worked for, after that they removed them from their list because this and other incidents. Quoted $405 and charged $1250, because the redo 2 times for failing inspections for the service they did. Beware, they are plenty of excuses. Just decided to pay to get get them out of my house as soon as possible.

I called Aaron's Plumbing after getting his phone number from a friend who used him a few times. I called and my first impression was that the guy was rude at the phone and he really made me feel I was disturbing him. He did not want me to send him the address and info by text, so he did not give me his phone number. I gave him my phone number, name, what was the problem by voice. We agreed on a time for him to come and check it out the next day.Finally the guy did not show up at all and did not call me to tell me so before, or after to apologize.I guess he did not need my work and made me loose my time.Don't use this company, they're unprofessional.
