Just wanted to take a minute to express our sincere appreciation to Zach and the entire staff at Nettles Plumbing for their quick responsiveness and professionalism. We had a pipe rupture in our garage last night. we turned off the main valve and contacted them this morning to see about getting service. Zach (Owner) had a man out VERY promptly and made the necessary repairs and now we are back online... Cant say thank you enough to the entire staff. Will most defiantly being using them exclusively from now on and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service of ANY kind. Fast, friendly, affordable. Ken came out on a Sunday after church and fixed our broken hose pipe for the amount he quoted over the phone and in the time frame he estimated. He upgraded our pipe to a better quality pipe, mount and spigot and didn't upcharge me. I gave him some mint from our garden. :)

Jay came out yesterday to diagnose the issue in my house, which was a leak from my HVAC unit that my own builders HVAC company couldn’t figure out.Both Jay and Jesus came together promptly to install the bypass damper duct for me. They have been very professional and educational. Explained why certain things needed to be done.Great experience with them and they came out on a holiday when most other companies were closed.
