Despite the horrific surprise when our sewer line revealed multiple breaks in the line after our new bathroom was overflowing from all drains, Cooper plumbing was able to diagnose, replace, and provide a high level of quality service with a quick turnaround. I appreciated the patience they gave me during such a stressful time, kind sharing of knowledge on what happened, and clear understanding of costs. Plumbing was very professional the technician name was Eric he was very helpful on time stay late and got the job done and did a wonderful job I want to leave him a tip but I only had my card I was intent on calling a company and ask him how can I send him a tip he did a wonderful job I would recommend Nick Plumbing to anyone I will call the company Monday I just forgot to do it today but I will find out how can I give him a tip great job. These guys were a joke, we were paying premium for weekend service but he didn’t have the parts he needed and 3 different guys ended up coming out, none of which knew what the previous guy had done or what materials he needed. They quoted me drywall repair in the estimate for changing the shower valve and then send me a $300.00 quote to fix the drywall they never fixed.

CJ and Bluefrog Plumbing is the only company i will ever have do any plumbing for me. Its been a yr and finally the bathroom that had the busted pipe in 2021 Feb freeze is getting redone. CJ did an other amazing job, I couldn't ask for better service, communication, and the job done right the first time. A yr ago CJ came in and replaced the bad pipe that broke during the freeze. Today he came back and did a total change over in the tub shower area, plus new tub drain, valve on the toilet and made sure all the lines were clean. The area was as clean when he left as it was when he started. When you want great quality for a reasonable cost Bluefrog is the only people to call.

Called in advance, on-time, wonderfully polite and conversational, knowledgable and skilled. Explained the work and the reasons behind the issues, described costs in advance and finished the work promptly and neatly. I wish all service calls could be this way. Meanwhile I've found my go-to plumber. Thanks!

I called late in the evening,. They came out the next day and fixed the leak in an hour. Quote was honored. These guys are quick , courteous, and affordable. Joshua is the man. Call these people 1st. You won't regret it.

I had a major plumbing issue under my house. Raymond with Bluefrog came out, assessed the situation and began work the next day.They are very professional plumbers. I had an extra issue arise and Raymond notified my immediately and we were able to take care of the problem. I highly recommend Bluefrog Plumbing.

I had a sewer line which keeps filling up with water. When I flushed the toilet, water came up in the bathtub. This company came out twice to my home and never fixed the problem. The problem happened again a few days after the second time they were here even though that bathroom was not used. So I made a third appointment several days in advance. They made an appointment with me knowing they would need a camera and a jetter even though their machine was in the shop for repairs. Then they got behind schedule and didn't even show up for their appointment!! I finally got tired of going around in circles with this company. They don't know how to fix the problem, don't bring the equipment they need to do the job, and don't show up for their appointments. They even tried to blame the city for the problem although it clearly was not a city problem. Don't waste your time with this company.

If they had 6 stars they would earn it! They helped out many people during the winter storm!

I had a previous estimate for thousands for a repair. I called Roto Rooter to get a second opinion and was shocked to get an estimate for a few hundred dollars. The plumber I had was named Mike, and he was very professional. He took care of the job quickly and had everything in order quickly. I'd recommend them and will call back if I had any other plumbing issues.

Awful. The vm said out of town for a wedding until the 10th. Send a text. Sent a text no reply. Now the 17th no reply. Called got same voicemail. Never used them but not for lack of trying

This company was the best. They came to my home to replace my water heater. it was from 1999 and leaking red water all over my cealing. they came in protected my carpits with dropcloths and changed the heater and i feel my house was cleaner after they left. the were verry responsive to my questions and keeped me informed the whole time over all the best experience with a plumber ive ever had

They were so quick, polite and efficient. I really appreciate that they kept me informed with the costs and gave me options every step of the way. A week prior, I was cheated out of $400 by a larger company, so I value the honesty of Hugo Plumbing even more. We will absolutely be using them for any future needs.
