Impossible to get a quote to replace a toilet?? Scheduler who answered the phone couldn’t even say if the technician would charge to come out to my house to assess (my old toilet)??

Very happy with their service. I wanted to replace my main valve. Some companies came and wanted to do the job, but making it so complicated/removing the water-heater, making a big hole in the sealing ect/. I finally called HPG. The guys came and give me a very good estimate, with nothing else but just replacing the valve. They came at the day we scheduled and did the job in no time. Both guys were very good and professional. Clean after themselves like they were never here. Very good job. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Our toilet drains at the office seemed to be beyond repair and we never got any good news from various plumbers. When we found Pineapple Plumbing, they just came, inspected the drains.

Emergency Plumbing and Solar , they had done a Plumbing job and weren't responsible to build back my kitchen floor (which a different plumber's company cut out) and pantry wall,but my landlord was dragging their feet to fix,meanwhile I was being infested with cockroaches coming through those openings..after hearing my concerns after being ignored by my landlord for 12days ,Kyle sent a team to at least seal any exposed cracks, although his company wasn't responsible his humanity and sense of urgency helped me to get a good night's sleep knowing I wasn't going to be woken by roaches crawling in my bed..MUCH MAHALO

Had the privilege of having Chase today to unclog my lines which I needed done ASAP due to not being able to use the toilets or bath. Arrived fairly quickly and was nothing but very friendly and professional and got the job done in good time. We needed to replace all of the old galvanized pipe in our house and Nathan and his crew did a great job! We decided to use Evertrust Plumbing after meeting Nathan during the estimate. He is very knowledgeable (he is a master plumber) and a really nice guy. They all worked hard and finished in one day and everything was as promised, and cleaned up also! His pricing was also really good!!! Will definitely use him again; so glad we found him

The entire AC system at our unit this company installed at the Central Ala Moana project was down within a few months after we moved in November 2021. Half way through the 1 year warranty period, May 2022, their repair service came refill the freon and re-taped piping. A few months later Oct 2022 the system stop blowing cold again due to freon leak however the warranty expired in Sept. It seems like they did what was needed just to get pass the expiration period. The slow leak from installation continued and was never addressed completely. They are not willing to provide further service and only told us to refer to system maintenance documentation. If you are making a new home purchase, make sure to check all the contractors involved.
