Plumber Jonah was very professional, courteous, cheerful, and he never gave up trying to unplug my very old drain. He tried 9 times using three different snakes and had to work in a very cramped space. I could see it was tough work and he might have had a sore body later that evening. But he didn’t give up and finally broke through clearing my pipe. The guy was Superman and I got to use my kitchen sink during the holidays!

I first called when my sink was leaking. He was very professional and was able to come out the very next day. He arrived on time and fixed it within an hour. A few weeks later I called him again cause my bathroom sink was clogged. He did not disappoint. Came out that same day and was able to unclog it. I highly recommend A-plus drain services. Great customer service and affordable prices.

Our toilet drains at the office seemed to be beyond repair and we never got any good news from various plumbers. When we found Pineapple Plumbing, they just came, inspected the drains.

I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling! I am an off-island client who needed a LOT of work done on an apartment to get it to the point where I could sell it. I reached out to a number of contractors for quotes and spent a lot of time with some going back and forth in text, emails, and calls. It was a big waste of time with all of them except for Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling.

Three 60 was efficient, good communicators, and gave me lots of great advice. Their estimates were thorough, detailed, and easy to understand. I felt that I could trust them to do the job I needed without me being there. They worked with me to narrow down the essentials of what needed to be done to get the apartment sale-ready and synch it with what I could afford. Their work was beyond what I was expecting. From drywalling, to electrical, plumbing, painting and cleaning, the entire apartment their work was excellent. The only things new in the bathroom are the drywall, paint, toilet, mirror, light switch and light fixture, but the whole bathroom looks new and even the terribly stained shower tiles – which I was afraid would have to be replaced – looked like new after their in-depth cleaning and refinishing (see before and after bathroom photos.) I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing and Remodeling.

Every time we call Performance Plumbing we get good service. We have called them for several different things over the years. They have repaired/replaced a portion of damaged water line for us when we accidentally nailed in some exterior wood-trim and caused a leak. They have repaired the pipes under the sink at our parents' house. They have repaired and replaced a leaky connection to a washing machine for us. And, most recently they replaced an old outdoor laundry sink and updated the plumbing and hardware attached to it.
Each time we call them, they always have good customer service, and are able to schedule us and complete the job in good time. They are punctual, professional, and they clean up after the job is done!! Happy with this company time and time again.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any business. Twice. Not only did they not fix my problem, their “field supervisor” Chris, stood outside my opened window and talked on the phone about how much of a pain of a customer I was and how I just complain and get things for free, so he had to drop everything he was doing and come out and deal with it. This is all recorded by the way.On top of that, they absolutely price gouge you. They quoted me on refilling R22 refrigerant at $100 a lb, expensive but not abnormally so. Then tried to sell me a $10000 ac system. Never once quoted me on just fixing the problem.When he leaves, I get a call 20 mins later saying “oops, I messed up. Prices change all the time. It’s not $100 a lb. It’s actually $600 per lb. You might as well replace the system if you’re going to pay that much anyway.”I called their GM, and surprise surprise, never got a call back. I bet anything they respond to this and say how sorry they are and that they’ll fix it if I call them. It’s all show. They asked me to take down a bad review already.Do yourself a favor, and look elsewhere. That is, unless you want to be berated, lied to, price gouged, and overall treated like garbage.

Our garbage disposal got disconnected from the drain pipe, and they were able to come quickly on a Friday afternoon and fix it. Louis was professional and easy to work with. Would recommend their services. Plumbing issues are the worst — now we have peace of mind. Thank you!
