Love this plumbing company! They really take the time to figure out the issue you are having and do a wonderful job explaining what needs to be done. I also appreciate how considerate they are of urgent needs. Will continue to use them, without a doubt!

Josh and his crew were at my house more times in a month than my best friend! I have little boys who were in the find and flush stage. You name it, chapstick, ornaments, hot wheels cars...they flushed it! Josh or whoever was sent over took care of it...every single time! They also took care of a huge re-piping job for us with little disruption to our daily lives.

I called this place twice within a month & the guy who answered both times was extremely rude & unprofessional, I believe it was mainly because it was after hours! I could barely hear him talk over a young child screaming in the background, & when I tried to inform him about it, he mentioned my comment to a third party in the room, & laughed about it …(he never once even asked what problem I needed help with, if he could help me at all, or where I was located! If you want some expert professional help to a problem you’re experiencing, I’d call ANY OTHER BUSINESS than this one, you’d just be wasting your time!

We were very satisfied with the service, and the way everything was done in promised time. You don't get that much these days, so we would definitely recommend Matt's company to anyone who needs his services.

Daniel knows what he's doing. Knowledgeable about his career. Fixed the problem fast. Identified the issues that created the problem. Recommended repairs and is getting proposals created and presented. The company charges fixed rates and has options on repairs. Its not cheap though. But when you're dealing with a major issue you got to take into consideration many things including, fast service, on-time arrival, services you need, availability, and one-day service. Got to figure $300-$450 for a semi emergency repair and great customer service. Believe me in today's society, we're lucky to get a callback on service work. Very impressed with Daniel and his company. Mahalos!

I highly recommend virtues Plumbing. They are so responsive, professional and diligent in their work. They even coordinated with my electrician to make sure my tankless water heater install went in smooth.

I hired another plumber to fix a clogged kitchen sink. They charged me two times extremely high fixed drain clearing fees but could not clear the drain. I called Rock-o-Rooter, they responded quickly and worked diligently to solve the problem. It was a difficult repair that required multiple days, and involved digging up the concrete floor and cut out an underground pipe. They charged a reasonable amount for the repair and not charge me until the problem is fixed.

It is not easy to find a reliable and reasonable plumber. Don't go to the big guys which shows up after a few days, and take you to the cleaners when you have no choice and overcharge you. Highly recommended.

The owner is an absolute slimeball with no integrity and will take advantage of you if you're not careful.

Alakai Mechanical was instructed to come to my condo through my management property company. They were only supposed to fix a leaking shower head. They had come a month prior to fix the shower head but only used tape to close the water shooting out and that didn’t work. So the second time they come to fix the shower head the plumber also sneaks in a charge for snaking my drain saying we have a clog at the condo. This is not true and the plumber “Doc” blatantly lied. We did not have a clog when we called the management property about the problem and we always use a strainer in our bath tubs. Alakai Mechanical is trying to charge me $235 for something that did not need to be fixed. Beware of this company. They have a lot of negative reviews and now I understand why.
