Matthew was fast and efficient. He assessed the problem and got to work immediately. He finished a leaky valve in our toilet and a faulty part in our shower system within an hour and a half.

Jonah arrived as scheduled and did a quality job replacing both hot and cold water shutoff valves for the washing machine (frozen from non-use for over 40 years with our recently replaced Maytag), and also a leaking hot water valve in the master bathroom. He tested and photo-documented the repair work. We're very happy with the completed plumbing work and expect many years of satisfied use.

They came to our house to plumbing & turned off 1 of the outlets in our electric panel which had nothing to do with our plumbing. The electrician came today to reset the solar panel & luckily we didn't get charge. Also the plumber Nick who serviced our house had a terrible attitude. We clocked the plumbers at working 3 1/2 hrs, they charged us for 4 1/2. I would not recommend Waialae plumbing to anyone.

The team that came to help me out was so easy to talk to, easy to get ahold of, very proficient at what they do, and just made things easier for me through a stressful time. My first home and just 3 months into it we find a big water leak problem and they not only help me with the water damage, but they gave me advice with insurance and what I should do.I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again for any other water damage problems in the future.

Heater been shot over 35 days. I just learned of it been a recall since May 26. Not even a year old before happened. On top of that we are new tenants only 6 months in . First assessment planned to switch to New heater under warranty then changed mind to necessary parts to fix . Few weeks laer another Furuta plumber came out to change out parts and tells us another part ( glass piece to help it breathe ) needs to be shipped from OFF ISLAND . . MEANING... HOW MANY MORE WEEKS OUT ???? I THINK WE SHOULD HAVE. Honestly I don't know if it would be Furuta , , or Performance Rheem or Home Depot or Landlord ? Huge label says Do not to return this water heater to the place of purchase . Instead to call the number shown. Today's tech was honest about having a lot of problems with this model with customers. 6/28/23
Update initial plumber comes out to replace entire heater by himself. What is safety protocol? Especially being up a walk up and washer and sink limits pathway.
