Replaced all waste lines for 20 washers. Replaced old galvanized hot and cold water lines 4 20 washers. Did a good job on the plumbing and it should be ready for the next generation. Our downtime was kept to a minimum a job well done..

We had water leaking from the tub faucet, so I called HPG to have my entire valve replaced. I purchased a tub and shower faucet set from Home Depot, when HPG came and opened the sealed box we realized that the wrong valve was placed in the box. I didn’t have a car so HPG offered to help me go to Home Depot to exchange it. After everything was done and HPG left, I realized that my tub faucet was still dripping so I called them again. Kimo was very helpful and sent his guys to come back to check on my pipes the very next morning. They checked all my valves, pipes, and cartridge. They found that there was a small stone that got stuck in my cartridge from the water system, and they fixed the problem immediately. They’re so awesome! Overwhelming, that's how I can best describe my experience with 2 other plumbing companies we've spoken to. We own an old home with a lot of issues, one of them being the plumbing. The first company we spoke to understood what we wanted done, but didn't really take in to consideration what we could afford. Another company sent a representative that wanted to pile on a bunch of stuff on top of what we were already asking. That rep literally walked around our house saying we can do that to every little thing he saw. I was beginning to think he was losing sight of what we really needed. Can you understand why it was overwhelming!?!

THANKFULLY Shane, Dalon, Pam, Keri and the rest of the 535 crew were able to ease things down a bit for us. Shane and Dalon understood what we wanted, but made us aware of what we needed, all while considering what we could afford.

535 handled three separate issues for us within a span of 2 1/2 months. Replacement of our galvanized pipes, sewer repair and installation of our gas oven were the issues/jobs. I HAVE TO SAY MY WIFE AND I ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS AND THE PRICE. During replacement of our galvanized pipes one of the workers, Charles (I think) discussed a couple of things he needed to do to our downstairs bathroom and kitchen. His explanation was very clear and thorough. I appreciated that a lot! Also on the day the galvanized pipes were replaced, a couple of workers were having a hard time getting the downstairs kitchen sink to work, so they ended up staying later after all the other workers had left. I felt so bad for them. Our home is really old and the plumbing has not been updated for some time now, add on the fact the downstairs kitchen hasn't been used for almost 25 years, for them to get everything working again is unbelievable.

We did have one small communication snafu, but it wasn't too bad. The workers were able to call the office and we squashed it immediately.

Friendly and professional, great quality, yet affordable, to sum this all up! We greatly appreciate everything they've done.

The plumbers who came to my house were very friendly and knowledgeable about what to do. I'd recommend this Honolulu plumbing company to anyone looking for a solid plumber!

From the first call for information/scheduling to project service/completion, working with Performance Plumbing was a terrific experience! The inspection report that we received when purchasing our new home listed 17 plumbing issues (replacement of valves, faucets, and diverters as well as splash guard installation) that needed to be addressed. Shayna was able to assist me with how to approach the repairs and schedule me for service quickly. She walked me through the process of submitting documentation so that an estimate could be provided that was easy for me to understand. Shayna was friendly, efficient and incredibly helpful throughout our conversation. On service day, Nate, our plumbing technician, arrived on time -- he was personable, professional and patient. He took time to answer all of our questions. We feel that he went above and beyond our service expectations. Nate is truly an expert of his trade. There were no surprises at payment time -- the repair charges were fair and what we had been quoted. My husband and I are extremely pleased with Performance Plumbing and look forward to working with their staff for many years to come.

Worst customer service and And the worst receptionist ever....

Very quick to respond! My original water heater was on the blitz and slow leaking. Alex from Steve’s came out assessed the situation and gave different options to choose from for the installation. It’s so nice to not have to take cold showers now especially during the pandemic!!! Very happy with the installation!

American Home Sheild Warranty: referred me to Jewel’s Plumbing for my leaking shower diverter spout. Oliver arrived a few hours later, got the part out from the shower and went to a plumbing supply store to purchase the part. When he opened the box, the part wasn’t the one that was supposed to be in the box.

Per supplier, the part needed was old & obsolete. Oliver tried to improvise a fix but later that evening, I could hear water leaking again in the shower.

Oliver’s valiant attempt to save me money, had failed. I left a message on Jewel’s plumbing answering machine.

The following morning, I received a call from Jewel’s Plumbing wanting to schedule a return to fix, however, they had AHS on the line, and I needed to speak to them first. AHS rep advised that since no part was available to fix the shower, a “newer style” would need to be installed. However, because of the difference in size, the new part being much larger, Jewel’s Plumbing would need to make the existing access hole bigger, which wasn’t covered under my AHS plan.

I had no choice but to pay an unexpected $250 out of my pocket.

Oliver returned with the new fixture. It took him several hours to get it all done. When he was finished, he asked me to come and see what he installed. The new faucet style was much larger than the old one and looked nice. It functioned well as I made sure I got both hot and cold water.

Oliver cleaned up the area and threw rubbish and old parts away for me. He is a hard worker and really aims to please. AHS and Jewel’s Plumbing has a great representative in Oliver.

We are so grateful to this company. They went above and beyond our expectations. Everyone was professional. They were always on time, and very friendly. The rooms they remodeled are beautiful. They truly care about their customers, which is very rare these days! We would highly recommend them!

I called & text the plumber on the phone he called me on and asked what the problem with the dishwasher was, but no reply. I also called and left a message on the company's voicemail and still no reply. Would be nice to know what that the issue was.

Standing at the flooring department for a long time. Nobody even ask you if any assistance is needed.
Begging for service?? Come over here and you will continue begging. And nobody really cares!
