I recently called 535 Plumbing for three separate plumbing problems at my house. Each time I called 535 Plumbing, Shane answered the phone immediately or returned my calls as soon as he could. He handled each request promptly and sent plumbers to the house as soon as he could schedule them to come. Whether it was a small job replacing a leaky faucet or a big job cutting open walls and ceilings to find leaks and replace pipes - big or small - every job was treated as priority. I called this place twice within a month & the guy who answered both times was extremely rude & unprofessional, I believe it was mainly because it was after hours! I could barely hear him talk over a young child screaming in the background, & when I tried to inform him about it, he mentioned my comment to a third party in the room, & laughed about it …(he never once even asked what problem I needed help with, if he could help me at all, or where I was located! If you want some expert professional help to a problem you’re experiencing, I’d call ANY OTHER BUSINESS than this one, you’d just be wasting your time!

I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling! I am an off-island client who needed a LOT of work done on an apartment to get it to the point where I could sell it. I reached out to a number of contractors for quotes and spent a lot of time with some going back and forth in text, emails, and calls. It was a big waste of time with all of them except for Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling.

Three 60 was efficient, good communicators, and gave me lots of great advice. Their estimates were thorough, detailed, and easy to understand. I felt that I could trust them to do the job I needed without me being there. They worked with me to narrow down the essentials of what needed to be done to get the apartment sale-ready and synch it with what I could afford. Their work was beyond what I was expecting. From drywalling, to electrical, plumbing, painting and cleaning, the entire apartment their work was excellent. The only things new in the bathroom are the drywall, paint, toilet, mirror, light switch and light fixture, but the whole bathroom looks new and even the terribly stained shower tiles – which I was afraid would have to be replaced – looked like new after their in-depth cleaning and refinishing (see before and after bathroom photos.) I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing and Remodeling.

Called up Performance Plumbing and spoke with Shayna about all of our school plumbing needs. Such amazing and friendly people to work with. Blane and his crew are very fast and clean on all repairs/installs they do. We will be continuing to use Performance Plumbing for all of our needs.

My plumber on another job so recommended Shoreline Plumbing. Plumber answered my plea to come quickly to hook up water line for new fridge. He was on his way elsewhere but, returned to my neighborhood to help when delivery crew refused to wait 5 minutes leaving my old fridge & new fridge in dining rooms. John performed hookup efficiently as well as calm conversation while the fridge handles etc. were attached. He entered as plumber and left a hero in my book. Plumber was personable, professional, patient, competent & friendly—going beyond the call to assure reasonable return to a workable kitchen functioning. We have used Handy Andy for numerous contracting jobs for the past 4 years, and in those 4 years I cannot say enough praise on the quality of work. They have done remarkable work on our condo and have been very responsive to our needs. There was only one issue that we had and the staff was able to correct it quickly and meet our timeline. We are leaving the island and one of the regrets is that we will have to find a new handy man to work with when we arrive at our new location. Mahalo Handy Andy, and Aloha!

Nathan and Travis came out to replace our water heater this past Monday (4-12-21). They did an excellent job replacing the water heater and answering all my questions. They had to make a couple of trips to get the correct water heater ...but never complained and had a good attitude about going back to the shop. They apologized for the delay. We will definitely refer them and EverTrust Plumbing to our fiends and family. A shout out also to the very pleasant and helpful Chelsea who answered all of my questions and quickly set up our appointment for that same day. A big Mahalo to all three of them! 🤙 Great employees!
