Replaced all waste lines for 20 washers. Replaced old galvanized hot and cold water lines 4 20 washers. Did a good job on the plumbing and it should be ready for the next generation. Our downtime was kept to a minimum a job well done..

I have used A-1 Budget Plumbing for a wide variety of plumbing jobs for many years. My experiences have always been 100% positive. Every technician they have sent to my home has been polite, professional, and competent. Same for the office staff when I call for appointments. I like that they email the invoice for my records, which saves me having to scan a hard copy.

I called Pueo Plumbing late in the evening for drain cleaning as the main sewer line was clogged. They answered the phone right away and put me on the schedule for the evening. However, I decided to reschedule to the next day as it would have been close to midnight by the time they could get there. Technician showed up first thing the next morning. Great service, professional, and on time. I’ll be calling Pueo Plumbing going forward for plumbing services.

Just my luck that a plumbing problem came up on a Friday before a holiday weekend! I contacted HPG Saturday night and within an hour Kimo scheduled me for a Monday time slot. Plumber Hank called 1st thing Monday morning to better understand the problem and to request photos. Hank asked all the right questions (and he used terms that I could understand) and he got back to me right away on the best path forward.

HPG worked around my schedule to find the best date/time (and earliest!) to do the work. The crew helped us to unload the new toilets, they showed up at the house promptly, and they did a great job. They were very careful to observe COVID restrictions, social distancing and wearing masks the whole time. They consulted me on all critical repair/replace decisions. They communicated with me very clearly about the features that were important to me in selecting new fixtures, even repeating my words back to me to avoid mixups. They kept me in the loop on progress, and had a more than reasonable final invoice. They were very knowledgeable and good at fixing things. They even vacuumed up the area!

HPG was very polite, prompt, and professional. I will be calling them to handle all my future plumbing work as well as referring all my friends and family there.

Called them because my landlord has used Shane before. Was so thrilled to see he has own business! We just purchased our first home and needed some repairs. They sent out Nico and he was awesome! Nico and coworker fixed the lines on the water heater and replaced the pressure valve outside. Was fast working and clean work. Price was awesome. I have them saved as my go-to plumber ! Just love these guys. Will definitely use them again!

Remember back in the good old days when you could really count on a company for honesty and good quality work? Well, this is it! Performance Plumbing is the genuine deal. From the time I spoke to Shayna on the phone things just started to roll in a good an positive direction. Then when the plumber (Nate) came to do the job (kitchen sink backing up) he was professional and yet friendly and approachable. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident in a job well done. He was also very neat and clean (didn't leave any mess behind). I can't believe a good, honest 5-star company still exists. Not sure if I should or am allowed to put the cost but believe me it was fair and honest. I am referring them to all my friends and family. First off ... emergency plumbing ?!!! Who would ever thing u need it until YOU NEED IT ! Thank god for their efficiency because it was about to get bad In a house full of 6 adults ! I love that their a family oriented Buisness too... so u know they only want to give u the same service they want given to their family ! Highly recommended

Jeremy was very professional in his approach to our plumbing issues. He explained what he was doing and WHY he was doing it. Although the plumbing situation was not fixed due to unforeseen circumstances, which he plans to rectify as soon as we have our condominium association’s permission, he vowed to come back and get issue resolved! He is one of the better plumbing technicians that we’ve worked with.

American Home Sheild Warranty: referred me to Jewel’s Plumbing for my leaking shower diverter spout. Oliver arrived a few hours later, got the part out from the shower and went to a plumbing supply store to purchase the part. When he opened the box, the part wasn’t the one that was supposed to be in the box.

Per supplier, the part needed was old & obsolete. Oliver tried to improvise a fix but later that evening, I could hear water leaking again in the shower.

Oliver’s valiant attempt to save me money, had failed. I left a message on Jewel’s plumbing answering machine.

The following morning, I received a call from Jewel’s Plumbing wanting to schedule a return to fix, however, they had AHS on the line, and I needed to speak to them first. AHS rep advised that since no part was available to fix the shower, a “newer style” would need to be installed. However, because of the difference in size, the new part being much larger, Jewel’s Plumbing would need to make the existing access hole bigger, which wasn’t covered under my AHS plan.

I had no choice but to pay an unexpected $250 out of my pocket.

Oliver returned with the new fixture. It took him several hours to get it all done. When he was finished, he asked me to come and see what he installed. The new faucet style was much larger than the old one and looked nice. It functioned well as I made sure I got both hot and cold water.

Oliver cleaned up the area and threw rubbish and old parts away for me. He is a hard worker and really aims to please. AHS and Jewel’s Plumbing has a great representative in Oliver.

These guys are lifesavers!!!!! I went on vacation and while i was gone my upstairs bathroom flooded into my living room. My ceiling collapsed and being a single mom, I had no idea what to do except maybe cry.

I looked them up on yelp and google and saw such amazing reviews. These reviews don't do these guys justice. John and his team (Shemiah, Sua and Keoki) came the within a few hours of me calling and started working right there. They were so professional, polite and so easy to work with.

It took a few days to clean everything up, but they got the job done in a timely manner and walked me through every step of the process. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them. Highly suggest working with this team!
