They did an amazing job fixing the plumbing in my condo which was leaking into the ceiling of our downstairs neighbors. I appreciate that they were honesy and also giving an affordable price for great work. I will definitely keep their number to call them again for any issues in my condo.

We had a plumbing emergency late on a holiday weekend. Morningside was on site within an hour. They quickly identified and corrected the problem. The plumber explained what he was doing, was knowledgeable and courteous. Morningside will get my call whenever I need plumbing services.

I am highly disappointed in the service we received on 1/28/2021. We call Pride Plumbing to install a new water heater at our rental property. After we purchased the water heater Kris came the following day to install. Later after installing we were called to inform us that the P&N valve was broken. But we were informed that he could still install without the valve temporary but the water from the unit will run outside our property for a few days, not knowing the full scope of what he meant (I must take ownership of that part). However, after purchasing a new P&N valve we called him in two days to come back to install, to our dismay we never received a call back or a text response on when he would return to replace the broken valve. Please understand we paid him before he totally completed the repair of $350. After calling and texting for 3 days for no response. I finally texted him to let him know we will have call another plumber to install the part to prevent the tenant from having a high water bill as well to let him know I will be writing a bad review, calling bbb and requesting half of our payment back due to having to pay another plumber to finish his job $245. Please understand we have never posted a bad review before. Yet, this is beyond upsetting that we had to pay someone else to get the water heater working properly. However, we finally heard back by text to say he had an emergency out of the country that was the extent of our response back from him.

Scott from Delta came to look at my problem. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He told me what I needed and gave me some options. Honest and fair and didn’t give me the run around. Delta is lucky to have this guy!

A great honest plumbing service company. Came and fixed my water heater. While he was fixing it he showed complete transparency on how the job was done explanation on how the water heater worked and showed me what was wrong. Fixed it.
He also came out a few days later to check up and ensure that things were working properly.

We had a leak last night from our attic and called this company to see how much it would cost to have someone look at the problem and provide an estimate. We were told on the phone that it wouldn’t cost us anything (which is in line with their website), so we had a technician come out. The technician was in our house less than 3 minutes and told us that it was the HVAC leaking and that their company doesn’t service HVACs. As he’s leaving, he asked us to pay $200 for a service fee so that his “rating doesn’t go down.” I explained that he didn’t’ service anything (didn’t even get off the attic ladder) and the estimate was supposed to be free, so no… I will not be paying that money.I called the next day to make sure this technician was not trying to scam us, and indeed he was not. This company considers a free estimate as someone coming to your home and not looking at anything. I’m assuming you can do this over the phone? If they even glance at the leak, they charge you a diagnostic fee. Complete false advertisement and I don’t deal with companies who are not upfront in their charges.We went with Ragsdale, who did a wonderful and professional job. Please be wary in dealing with this company and their hidden charges (that they boastfully advertise to not have).

Reggie is the best plumber I have ever hired. Twice now he has come in and completed a job that a previous plumber could not do, and for a better price! I recommend him all day. He's my go-to plumber.
