First, Dan 3407 arrived as scheduled getting things off to a good start. He was professional and respectful of my home. Once he spotted the water damage my leaking water heater caused in my storage closet, he contacted Micheal 5303 from the water restoration team to come by to inspect the damage. Dan explained to me how the water heater, pressure valve, and expansion tank had failed so I know what to look for next time. The new tank and pipe work looks spectacular! To calm my paranoia of a future incident, Dan got a new stand to accommodate a drain pain and ran a drain pipe to the exterior. Very satisfied with his craftsmanship!

When our washing machine drain line backed up, Jon responded quickly to my text, coming out the next day to give us an estimate and then completing the job in a timely manner. He was professional and courteous, and his prices were competitive--almost half of what I was quoted by another local company. My water main sprang a leak where it had been repaired previously. The water had to be turned off to my house. I called Mr Plumber and talked to a real person, Melissa, who was awesome!! I called at 9:52 am and Tommy was here by 11:30!! Water main repaired and dug deeper to prevent future problems. He was gone by 1pm and I have water again!!! Thank you Melissa and Tony!!

Service Technician DJ did an excellent job installing my gas water heater. He had a very pleasant personality, professional and knowledgeable.

I am writing today because I did NOT have to call Fulton Services about a plumbing issue. About nine months ago when we had the same issue we had today, Steve came out and, after we'd had one plumber unable to completely diagnose (or fix) our problem, and another tell us we'd need to spend around $10,000 in renovations to fix our problem, Steve not only fixed it, he showed us exactly what the issue was and explained how in the future, we could probably take care of it ourselves. Today is that future: I did what he told me, and I fixed it myself! So I'm writing a long past-due review to say that our experience with Fulton has been great - they've been trustworthy, knowledgeable, and importantly, have not tried to sell us a bunch of stuff we don't need. Highly recommend.

Had called and talked to the manager Ramariz I think is what he said his name was on duty around 8PM last night 1/11/23 about overnight parking since I had a delivery for this store. Had woke up to be awake for delivery when the lady by the last name of Holmes showed up driving this car in the picture and said I couldn't park at the store, I informed Holmes that if I had to leave they may not get there delivery. She said she didn't care and that she was calling her brother that worked for the Georgia State Patrol. So I was hoping to be able to continue to sit there for another 30 minutes until I delivered, but here came Forest Park Police Department officer A Holmes who was very polite and only doing his job which was Holmes brother who wasn't a State Patrol officer. So do not show up until delivery hours. I'll never deliver to this store again and good luck to any drivers that do.
