Best Washing Machine in Atlanta GA

I recommend Priority Plumbing. They were on time, worked quickly, fixed my outside water faucet, replaced the toilet water line and replaced my kitchen sink faucet. They only asked me to pick out the faucet for the kitchen sink, then they worked quickly to do the rest. Price was good. Both gentleman were very polite and asked all the right questions.

You can't beat it.

Vince was at our house on a Sunday with a clogged drain. He was on time, professional and through. He was upfront and honest about the possibilities of different service methods. He saved us alot of time and heartache with our service needs. Vince was great. I recommend him and roto rooter for any plumbing needs.

Mr. Phillips was sent to my home by the warranty company back in June for a kitchen faucet leak and a tub faucet leak. He stated that he fixed the kitchen leak but needed to return to fix the tub leak. He was requested by the warranty company to return. When I spoke with him about a time to come back put, he stated that I needed to be present. I was not present during the previous visit. When speaking to him the next day, he stated that he wanted to be sure to get the tech caller. I was not present during the first visit, but paid the fee by phone. When I reminded him of this, he became belligerent and very disrespectful to the point where I hung up on him because he became so irrate. I asked the warranty company not to ever send him to my home again.

I had an outstanding experience with Matt. He's great to talk to, always helpful and is obviously a complete pro at what he does. As long I stay in Atlanta, he's going to be my go-to person for plumbing issues. Highly recommend him.

I had three appointments scheduled with JR Plumbing and Backflow, but at none of these times did the plumber show up. The first time, they called during the appointment time to reschedule for the next morning. That would be fine, but the next morning they didn't come or call. After that second no show, I called to reschedule for the week afterwards. Again, a no show. Not recommended, and not reliable.

Had guts in toliet repaired with my kit I purchased and was charged $225.00 and...it was leaking afteI paid 410 dollars for 2 gut replacements and r repair. Not only leaking but loose the whole toliet.

Josh came out to answer a question whether the furnace was running correctly or not. It was but he made some adjustments to make the unit run more efficiently & quieter. Very happy with his service and professionalism.

I heard that they’re good and we scheduled an 8am appointment to fix a broken sink but they didn’t show. :(
We called at 8:45 and was told it would be at least another hour.
Guess they’re too busy for new customers.
Sucks when you’ve arranged the whole week’s schedule to be home!
