Best Tankless Water Heater in Atlanta GA

I called for help on a Sunday for a double leak and got an immediate response. This is exceptional in my experience with plumbing companies. My current plumber was not available at the time. Josh was gracious, communicative, straightforward and honest about his charges. I did not use Morningside because my regular plumber said he would come sooner. I added Morningside to my preferred list of professionals to call at a later time for plumbing problems in my rental units.

I called them about 11:00 am on. Saturday, Chris was at my house before noon. He fixes 2 issues quickly and at a reasonable price - he didn't have to run to the store, he didn't have to take any calls while he worked. He knew exactly what to do and and he did it. Very pleased.

These are the nicest professionals ever! Seems like everyone in Decatur knows about M. Cary & Daughters. They did a great job installing a new toilet - even sent me a handwritten thank you card! Who does THAT anymore! I'd like to refer them but every time I mention M. Cary to my Decatur friends they already know about them!

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

I highly recommend Chen Plumbing. We used their services twice, and both projects were done very well and on time. The last job was quite extensive. They had to replace main sewer line, which required busting a section of the driveway and digging 8 ft deep to get to the connection. Tim and his crew completed this job in less than two full days, and that's including permits and inspection. The guys were always friendly and polite, communicated throughout the process, and left the site neat and even compacted the excavated areas. Their attention to detail was highly appreciated. We are very happy and will be absolutely using Chen Plumbing again!

I can’t say enough good things about Lee and his team. They were punctual, funny, knowledgeable, and helpful to my fiancé who just happened to be digging a stump in the front yard where they were working. The price was incredibly fair. I wouldn't use them again for a project involving any indoor parts of the house- they just do not treat your house the way they would treat a house that has people living in.

They didn't use dropcloths when cutting open the ceiling and removing pipes with caked on sewage, left drywall dust everywhere, left the doors wide open to let bugs in and AC out even when we asked them not to (Dennis said I'll ask them to shut doors but I don't have control over what my workers do). They were delayed repeatedly such that our ceiling was left open for over 2 months for what was supposed to be work done on 3 different days. At the end of the work, they didn't put my oven all the way back in place until I specifically asked. They cracked the cooktop surface on my oven and the frame around my microwave and didn't respond when I pointed this out to them. I'm still cleaning up drywall dust months later. Oh, and the smell that was the original reason for the project is still not fully resolved.

They seemed really capable and knowledgeable on the front end, but now I'm out thousands of dollars with a big mess to clean up.
