Best Tankless Installation in Atlanta GA

These guys were polite, professional and fast. They addressed our needs right after a major freeze-when there were hundreds of calls throughout the city. We had sewage coming up into units and therefore they prioritized us. Very appreciative!

wish you could put a zero, called told them my problem, and could tell they didn't want to handle it, so they said it would be expensive and couldn't get to me for over a week. Terrible!

Folks have been friendly, but so far the work has been unimpressive. In our guest room bath they first installed incompatible drain pipes with the sink drain, did not tighten the hoses connected to the faucet enough (and installed the hot on the right and cold to the left). The result? Water dripped all night onto the shelf of our brand new vanity, destroying the laminated edge and swelling it. They sent someone to repair this, and to finish our hall bath sink, and managed to mostly repair the guest sink, except for temperature directions. But, now the vessel sink in our hall bath leaks water onto the counter top. It never did this before, so I suspect they installed the drain incorrectly.

They are supposed to come out again, so I will update this if they manage to resolve the outstanding issues. So far, like I said: they've been friendly, but I am not yet pleased by the work.

I had a pipe burst in my kitchen while my husband was out of town (OH NO!!) so I called around and finally found Mr. White, his response was quick and him fixing the pipe was even quicker! He was very polite & professional! Great experience!!

They gave me options as to the best routes to take for my repairs and completed the job in a timely fashion. When you’ve got plumbing issues, you need someone quick. Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

I can’t say enough good things about Lee and his team. They were punctual, funny, knowledgeable, and helpful to my fiancé who just happened to be digging a stump in the front yard where they were working. The price was incredibly fair. We will definitely be using Lee again and recommending him to all of our friends and neighbors!

I hired two other plumbing companies before this one and they were not able to fix the leak that I was having in my basement. I should have called Atlanta Plumbing sooner. Their plumbers definitely know what they’re doing.

We finally finished dealing with this nightmare company for a project that we restarted at the end of February (please note that’s 3 months for a simple plumbing project.) I say restarted, because in January, we first had to pay them to fix the complete wrong thing, even though I repeatedly told them it wouldn’t help. They just kept reassuring me that they know plumbing and it will solve the problem. Well, shockingly, they had to come back to do an additional 6.5k worth of work. During this time, they repeatedly delayed the work, just plain didn’t show up when they said they would, and lied to us about it (we have a camera! We know when they were there!). They didn’t put down any drop cloths while installing new drywall and covered our upholstered furniture in debris. When I complained to Dennis, the owner, he told me “I can’t apologize more.” He had not apologized a single time at this point. His crew left our door open unnecessarily for entire days letting bugs into the house. Without asking they used our yard waste bins and other things of ours they found around to collect debris including actual human waste! At one point after we said that we were unable to accommodate them on a certain day (after the repeatedly delayed times on us) they called to literally beg to come that day because they’d already be in the area. Every part of this company was unprofessional and awful, I hope we can save you the experience of having to deal with them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
