Best Small Plumbing in Atlanta GA

Called and scheduled installation with Sharpe’s Plumbing. Was told by receptionist they will pick up toilet from home supply store. No arrival, no pick up , and no call on scheduled date. No apologies. No customer service. Not reliable.

The service man was on time, very professional looked over jobs I needed done, gave me a quote, immediately started project after I accepted quote. They started job and finished the same day , didnt have to schedule to come back another day. They also cleaned up after themselves. I have
had a few no shows in the past. So I was very happy when they gave me a time and showed up on time as promised.

First impression; Tim called on his way, introduced himself at the door, had shoe covers on, clean neat uniform. ALL 5 STARS. Tim checked on the leak, did a thorough inspection inside & outside my home, explained everything he was doing & will do to stop the leak then he gave me the prices it was like the owner came to my home. ALL 5 STARS. Took his tim doing the service, explained what he did & then talked to me about a plan that I can sign up to have regular maintenance checks. Next time I will call GForce & recommend GForce to friends & family. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

I had three appointments scheduled with JR Plumbing and Backflow, but at none of these times did the plumber show up. The first time, they called during the appointment time to reschedule for the next morning. That would be fine, but the next morning they didn't come or call. After that second no show, I called to reschedule for the week afterwards. Again, a no show. Not recommended, and not reliable.

I had water backing up into the basement through the washing machine drain. I thought that the washing machine drain pipe was clogged. I called Norwood Plumbing and they discovered that the main drain line from the house to the street was clogged. The y had to dig up my yard and get under a concrete slab to access the clog but they got it taken care of. I am a satisfied customer. I will be using Norwood Plumbing anytime I have a plumbing issue.

Needed emergency assistance with my furnace this winter. This company came to the rescue and provided me with quality service. Even saved me some $$$ in reference to what other company’s quoted me for work and repair!
