Don't trust Amir, one of their technicians. I had a pipe leak, and his explanation was condensation. He wanted $350 for a false fix. If you already know exactly what is wrong, you're in much better shape, because these people will lie just to make a buck. On the positive side, the technician came same-day in about 3 hrs and didn't charge for the analysis. Too bad the analysis was fake and therefore less than worthless

I called based upon previous reviews and the fact that the company was 24/7. I had an issues with my water heater he stated that he would be there by 11 am and was early. Diagnosed the issue (fried water heater). Next day he helped select new heater and installed it in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to ensure that it was working properly. I would definitely use his services again.

We called on Friday the 17th to set an appointment to get our Septic Tank pumped and they were able to get us in on Monday the 19th. We were given a time table between 12-4pm and we received our first call a little before noon saying Josh was on the way. They got here and went straight to work and in no time had found the tank and began digging. We really didn't know what to expect since we hadn't had it pumped since we purchased our home 3 years ago, but they kept us informed from start to finish. They showed us that we needed a little more done than anticipated and educated us on our options so that we could decide what we wanted to do. We got the extra work done and it took them no time at all. They wrapped up and gave us tips on how to keep it clean. They will be our go to for any of our Septic problems! Uninterested repairman that seemed to take easy way out for repair. Kitchen faucet although functional is something I could have performed. Impression I received was they wanted to perform work that required full replacement.

John was friendly and great at explaining things that needed to be repaired. The timing was off a few hours from schedule arrival time, but that's due to a previous job he was on taking longer than needed.

Another company charged me $70 just to come out and tell me I needed to spend $8,000 on a new hvac system. Matt didn’t charge me anything to come out and give me a second opinion. He fixed it for $175. That was 2 years ago and it’s still running. Repaired my toilet last week for $65. Fair prices. Honest work.
