They did an amazing job fixing the plumbing in my condo which was leaking into the ceiling of our downstairs neighbors. I appreciate that they were honesy and also giving an affordable price for great work. I will definitely keep their number to call them again for any issues in my condo.

Don't trust Amir, one of their technicians. I had a pipe leak, and his explanation was condensation. He wanted $350 for a false fix. If you already know exactly what is wrong, you're in much better shape, because these people will lie just to make a buck. On the positive side, the technician came same-day in about 3 hrs and didn't charge for the analysis. Too bad the analysis was fake and therefore less than worthless

Folks have been friendly, but so far the work has been unimpressive. In our guest room bath they first installed incompatible drain pipes with the sink drain, did not tighten the hoses connected to the faucet enough (and installed the hot on the right and cold to the left). The result? Water dripped all night onto the shelf of our brand new vanity, destroying the laminated edge and swelling it. They sent someone to repair this, and to finish our hall bath sink, and managed to mostly repair the guest sink, except for temperature directions. But, now the vessel sink in our hall bath leaks water onto the counter top. It never did this before, so I suspect they installed the drain incorrectly.

They are supposed to come out again, so I will update this if they manage to resolve the outstanding issues. So far, like I said: they've been friendly, but I am not yet pleased by the work.

I called based upon previous reviews and the fact that the company was 24/7. I had an issues with my water heater he stated that he would be there by 11 am and was early. Diagnosed the issue (fried water heater). Next day he helped select new heater and installed it in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to ensure that it was working properly. I would definitely use his services again.

Anthony was cool and all but $89 for a trouble shoot where the solution was to flip a breaker seems a bit steep. But I guess time is money and Delta got a tech to me pretty fast on a Saturday .

Jontell created a mess in my home and my problem returned 2 days later and we weren't able to reach him when it did. Just go with an actual company and save your time and money!

I called Roto Rooter to service my water heater. There was nothing wrong with it just a basic servicing. I asked them how much it would be for the servicing….not an exact amount just a range. They said they couldn’t give me one but I did not have to do the servicing if I didn’t want to once they came. They came at quoted me a price that was three times over any normal service price for the area. Now I am having to wait for another company to come. Don’t use this place. They are astronomically above any other pricing. They won’t give you any type of range over the phone and they are hoping when they send someone you will just be desperate enough to do it. I could even tell the guys they sent knew how overpriced they were. Save your money!!! There is plenty of competition that will do an amazing job for a third of the price.

UPDATE: Barbara from their office called me this morning apologizing and offered a full refund.

I hate having to write bad reviews, even more so when it comes to my skin folk. I reached out to Reggie to fix a leak in my kitchen sink due to the rave reviews he had on Nextdoor. He was a no call/no show twice. When he did come out to fix my issue, I paid him. Only to have the same problem as soon as he left. He came back out after I made several calls and tried to fixit again. Sink is STILL leaking. I've called several times to have him come back out to fix what I paid him to fix and left several messages, no ever calls me back. I would not recommend anyone use his services.
