Chris was great! I had a leak under my kitchen sink the week of Thanksgiving. He came the same day and fixed it.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

Fix and flow contacted me in a timely fashion after requesting an appointment through their website. They provide text message updates when the plumber is on the way to the unit. Although, my shower drain turned to be a bigger project and was not fixed the day of the job, the plumber we had, Micheal Lamb, was awesome. He was very professional and gave me a clear explanation on the plan moving forward! Definitely recommend and will use their services again! :)

Professional and willing to work with their clients. After an install, the water pressure in my friend's home still continued to be a bit weak. They offered to conduct another visit for free to make sure the work was completed accurately and verified install. Good customer service as well

Absolutely freaking amazing!!!! Took time, during the amazing World Series, to come out and help with plumbing at my Mother’s house!!!! James is the best EVER!!!! Love this company!!! Don’t look anywhere else!!!! Please use this company. And Ms. Tiffany was so amazing as well getting me accommodated and reserved for an appointment in literally less than 5 minutes. And they take the time to check on you the next day to ensure everything is still great! This company is a blessing!! I will always use them for anyone in my family from now on!

Mike Installed a new Water Heater at a fair price and the same day. Did a good clean up on the water that leaked out of the old heater for free.

I highly recommend. Matt could not have been more helpful. Dealing with a plumbing backup and he was immediately able to come by and look at the issue. Although he personally was not able to help, Matt gave recommendations on both the type of service to ask for and vendors to contact.

I heard that they’re good and we scheduled an 8am appointment to fix a broken sink but they didn’t show. :(
We called at 8:45 and was told it would be at least another hour.
Guess they’re too busy for new customers.
Sucks when you’ve arranged the whole week’s schedule to be home!
