A great honest plumbing service company. Came and fixed my water heater. While he was fixing it he showed complete transparency on how the job was done explanation on how the water heater worked and showed me what was wrong. Fixed it.
He also came out a few days later to check up and ensure that things were working properly.

The PlumbPros team came to my house on a Sunday after a water backup issue had us scratching our heads. Our technician helped us identify the problem, fix the problem, and get it done for less than we thought it would cost at the outset. He helped put my mind at ease and walked me through the entire process until it was fixed.

I used this company for 2 jobs at my house. They did good work and I'm satisfied with the quality of work performed BUT they are pricey and their customer service does need some attn. I booked an 8am-12pm appt because I work from 3pm-11pm. Luckily, I took off because the technician didn't arrive until 4:30pm, so much for that 8am-12pm appt. Also I didn't agree with the price of 1 job(replacing a cut-off valve) on the kitchen sink. They charged me $389 for a simple 20min job. I needed the 2nd job more importantly (resetting a toilet) so I agreed to the work anyway. Amazingly the work on the toilet, which was more work physically and time wise was cheaper ($338) than the simple job, go figure.

Reggie and his crew have done excellent work for us a few times already. We are very satisfied customers. What I love most is that Reggie simply loves what he does and that means the world to us. We will be calling you soon again Reggie! Thank you for your professionalism and impeccable work.

I had a pleasant experience with Atlantis Plumbing during this stressful time of year! The technician was honest and knowledgeable and was able to fix my issue in a timely manner. I told them the budget I had to work with and they were able to fit my budget as much as possible!Will definitely call them again!
