Best Repair Water Heaters in Atlanta GA

We had an outdoor leak surfacing that we contacted this company for. Morningside sent a technician out to diagnose the issue. Within 6 minutes of the arrival time, the technician sent photos of what he assumed was an irrigation control valve issue. We called an irrigation company to assess and repair. The irrigation company found that there was nothing wrong with the irrigation valve. I called Morningside back out to look again since we paid a $125 service fee for an incorrect diagnosis, Morningside advised that we needed to contact a Leak Detection Company to locate the leak because it had to be underground. Decided to call another plumber for a second opinion, it took a different plumber less than 3 minutes to find the issue, which was less than 6 feet away from where Morningside advised that it was, they corrected the issue the same day. I contacted Morningside to let them know what the issue was, that the technician was wrong and requested a refund. NOW, I have been trying for a MONTH AND A HALF to get a refund for this service call for the incorrect diagnosis. Each time I call, Dawn advises I promise someone will call you back. I put a big note so I don't let them forget. No call has came, no emails have been returned and no refund has been issued. Steer clear if you don't want to be ripped off.

Legwork Plumbing Solutions is by far the best Plumbing Company I have ever dealt with. I live in a older home and have issues often with my Plumbing System. Before Legwork I used to dread calling other companies because they would always up-sell me or weren’t professional. The techs at Legwork seem to be very fair in pricing compared to my previous experiences. I also like that when you call them they arrive quickly and make repairs quickly.  I typically don’t write  reviews but I am hoping I will save someone the money and hassle I went through by sharing my experience.

A great honest plumbing service company. Came and fixed my water heater. While he was fixing it he showed complete transparency on how the job was done explanation on how the water heater worked and showed me what was wrong. Fixed it.
He also came out a few days later to check up and ensure that things were working properly.

All around just an honest plumber.

The first plumber sent to my house was rude and not helpful. The second was more professional, but gave me an estimate of over $17,000 to replace my pipes because they were so rusted on the inside that they were only half the diameter. Needless to say, this estimate was a complete scam. Two other companies confirmed with cameras that my pipes were perfectly fine and did not need to be replaced. Tim Chen Plumbing came to the rescue when we had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve when no one else was either available nor willing to help/answer the phone/provide service. They were quick to respond and send a technician right away to fix the problem area. Highly recommend.

When our water heater broke down, I called Atlanta Plumbing and the person I talked to was able to explain to me what have happened and what I should do. A few minutes later, they were at my door and wasted no time in fixing the problem.

They changed out a cold water line to my shower, and they did a great job. Very fast and efficient!
