Friendly courteous and professional!

Folks have been friendly, but so far the work has been unimpressive. In our guest room bath they first installed incompatible drain pipes with the sink drain, did not tighten the hoses connected to the faucet enough (and installed the hot on the right and cold to the left). The result? Water dripped all night onto the shelf of our brand new vanity, destroying the laminated edge and swelling it. They sent someone to repair this, and to finish our hall bath sink, and managed to mostly repair the guest sink, except for temperature directions. But, now the vessel sink in our hall bath leaks water onto the counter top. It never did this before, so I suspect they installed the drain incorrectly.

They are supposed to come out again, so I will update this if they manage to resolve the outstanding issues. So far, like I said: they've been friendly, but I am not yet pleased by the work.

CJ is always responsive and does a good job. Stays late to get it done and grinds away. He roughed in a basement for me, including cutting a concrete trench through the slab for a drain and then came back to install the fixtures. He'll be back to hook up my kitchen when I'm ready.

A great honest plumbing service company. Came and fixed my water heater. While he was fixing it he showed complete transparency on how the job was done explanation on how the water heater worked and showed me what was wrong. Fixed it.
He also came out a few days later to check up and ensure that things were working properly.

All around just an honest plumber.

I recommend Priority Plumbing. They were on time, worked quickly, fixed my outside water faucet, replaced the toilet water line and replaced my kitchen sink faucet. They only asked me to pick out the faucet for the kitchen sink, then they worked quickly to do the rest. Price was good. Both gentleman were very polite and asked all the right questions.

You can't beat it.

This was the worst plumbing/ customer service I have ever experienced. We had a leak at our house and called these guys over. When they arrived, we asked them for an estimate. They told us that it would be around 400-500 to look for the leak and the repair cost may vary depending on the size of the leak. They spent a total of 5 hours at the house and fixed a small leak under the bathroom sink. After they finished, they billed us for $3000. We thought it was a completely ludicrous amount for 5 hours of work. When we asked what the bill was for, the owner of the company, Mike, told us that he paid his plumbers $250 per hour per person. I felt as though he was scamming us. When we refused to pay that amount, he told us that it's coming out of the insurance's pocket anyways, so it didn't matter how much they charged. They were extremely rude and began threatening us. We ended up settling for a lesser amount although we still overpaid. When we called back a few days later to get the itemized invoice for our insurance, the secretary hung up the phone as soon as she heard our name. She refused to let us talk to the owner and became extremely hostile towards us. In the end, we never got our itemized invoice. This was hands down the worst customer service I have ever received.

David came and did a great job estimating the cost of repair. He explained every step and was wrote up his diagnosis extremely thoroughly!

Professional

The technicians that serviced our home were prompt and courteous. The service manager worked with us to install our water heater and bring our gas lines up to code. They technicians also provided us with other best practices for maintaining our plumbing and septic system. I highly recommend Best 1 Plumbing.

Friendly people great service

This is a great family-owned business.I love working with companies like this. When you own the company, every client transaction is personal because all you have to sell is your reputation. Cy (who has been with them 18 years - a very good sign) came out earlier than his appointed time. He was a very likable guy and diagnosed the problem quickly. He made the repair and left the site clean and tidy. I asked questions about 2 other small problems and he gave me great advice. The price was very reasonable (probably because I did not have to pay for billboard advertising). These are great people!

Matt responded to my message within an hour and was at my house the same day to fix my heat. When I told him my heat wasn’t working he made me a priority due to the cold weather. He diagnosed the problem and gave me an affordable price upfront and fixed it seemingly in minutes. Thank you so much Matt Hopper.
