Purchasing a new heating and air system is a big financial decision and you need to have confidence in the consultant. My comfort consultant Billy Dixon made my decision to use Estes an easy one. He was the only consultant that took the time to assess all aspects of my home heating and air system and answered all my questions.The installation team of Robert and Santiago, arrived on time, performed their job in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. I am highly satisfied with this experience and recommend them.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

We have used Andrew at Plumb Masters of Atlanta one time now and would most definitely recommend him and the company. We opened up shop back in June of this year and at first we were first having issues with our septic tank. We had Roto Rooter come out 3 times prior and all 3 times they just said we had a clog. The only thing they could figure out was how to get the toilets to flush and the lines to stay clean for just a couple days. After 3 attempts to get it completely right, we started looking online for another plumber. Andrew identified the problem immediately and was able to get it fixed for a 1/3 of the original visit by Roto Rooter!. He's professional and had our workplace ready in just a couple of hours! Its been 5 months and we've been Clog Free!
