Legwork Plumbing Solutions is by far the best Plumbing Company I have ever dealt with. I live in a older home and have issues often with my Plumbing System. Before Legwork I used to dread calling other companies because they would always up-sell me or weren’t professional. The techs at Legwork seem to be very fair in pricing compared to my previous experiences. I also like that when you call them they arrive quickly and make repairs quickly.  I typically don’t write  reviews but I am hoping I will save someone the money and hassle I went through by sharing my experience.

not thrilled with them…they did a sloppy job on a tub install, then installed shower fixtures incorrectly and have had to keep coming out to fix them. we were ghosted by them on an appointment, waiting around all day until we finally worked it out with the office. for $1600, I am not impressed by the quality of service and attentiveness to detail, it is a very straightforward job and yet my husband who is not a plumber is pointing out simple mistakes to these guys constantly. we still have one more visit needed from them to fix a previous mistake but time is running out until we can tile and it’s just a bummer that their work has pushed back our reno by so many days.

First off I used this company once in the past was very happy with the service. Because of my first experience I decided to have Delta service me again.Requested a quote to have two showers serviced. Now one shower in particular a delta service pro quoted me 300 dollars. This was several months ago. Well they came out today and I explained these two things.1.) Needed a diverter valve replaced in shower number one. 2.) (This is the 300 dollar job I was told several months ago.) Water leaked from the cold knob. Two way shower.I was quoted close to 1900.00 dollars to have my showers serviced!! Needless to say this service pro didn't last to much longer at the house after this outrageous price quote! Extremely disappointed with delta. Most likely the last experience I have with them.

If I could rate a zero I would. I had sprinkler pipes to burst in my home back in December. Someone from RR came out to save the day. My neighbor and I had the same category of damage; however, we did not receive the same level of service. After communicating with management, a representative named Jesse came out and shared that he was proud of the job that was done. It looked like someone had just gone through and knocked out random walls in my house. My neighbor's home was pristine. Another person from management came and did have his team come to clean up the poor job; however, it still is not the same level of service. Because this incident was not my fault, my HOA's insurance company is responsible for covering the damage. They've also shared that the payment would be made so that I can send it to RR. Instead of waiting, RR has harassed me about a 60k payment. I've remained in constant communication with the team - interrupting my workday for 4 months now. If you don't know how to work with insurance companies, then maybe you shouldn't be in this business!!! Stick to basic plumbing.Today, my insurance company told me they'd take care of it so that RR could stop harassing me as they apparently do often. Yes, it's well known that Roto Rooter harasses people to push payment that they know they are receiving anyway. I asked Roto Rooter to call my adjuster. RR did, but did not get an answer immediately. He's working! However, instead of waiting for a call back - less than 2 hours later, they begin their threats about moving forward with litigation Monday. I replied again, only to receive 3 out of office replies saying no one will even be available tomorrow. As a 'professional' company, you should have at minimum provided other contact info in your absence. This shows that you aren't truly looking to resolve the problem.The whole ordeal with RR has been terrible. You prey on people in times of disaster because you're money hungry and lack empathy and professionalism. I've had to deal with multiple companies during this disaster. Not one other company during this ordeal has been as terrible as this company. I will never recommend them for any service.
