Our initial request was for a gas line quote. We were thinking of switching to a gas range. While conducting the inspection, Scott discovered a water pressure issue which quickly became the priority service need. Scott was expert in diagnosing and remedying the problem. He was professional, courteous, prompt and supportive. We are extremely glad that we called Delta Plumbing. They are community vested and provide exemplary service. I hope all their plumbers are like Scott!

The introduction of plumber before his arrival was unique. If included a photo and a little family history, marital status, information about his kids and hobbies. I have never seen anything like it. I felt like I knew him before he arrive. The introduction was well crafted and disarming. There was no reason to be suspicious of the plumber on an emergency call. While he did not repair my tankless water heater he did suggest a no cost work around. He stopped the leak and left. All in all he was at my house for less than a half hour with no trip charge. I am certain that this rarely happens. Most service companies will charge a trip fee. I could not have made the repair as quickly. When you need a plumber don't hesitate to try this group. They will show in their promised widow. They will give you an honest assessment and I believe a fair price.

I usually struggle with Roto-Rooter because they are so big and busy, but Chris (plumber)was amazing , helpful, courteous and very professional. You guys should take care of that guy.

Shodd was very professional and nice. He found my problem quickly and even checked other things. Also my bathroom was left very clean. I would never call another plumber. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!!!
