They were able to repair the issue I had in my bathroom, and even educate me on said issue to ensure I knew what to look for if anything were to happen again. not thrilled with them…they did a sloppy job on a tub install, then installed shower fixtures incorrectly and have had to keep coming out to fix them. we were ghosted by them on an appointment, waiting around all day until we finally worked it out with the office. for $1600, I am not impressed by the quality of service and attentiveness to detail, it is a very straightforward job and yet my husband who is not a plumber is pointing out simple mistakes to these guys constantly. we still have one more visit needed from them to fix a previous mistake but time is running out until we can tile and it’s just a bummer that their work has pushed back our reno by so many days.

Upon arrival he was able to diagnose the issue, as well as tell me what I needed and could do next to address the issue we were having. He is also an electrician, so we discussed some opportunities for the future. I will be calling him again.

Landlord wanted a second opinion on replacing some plumbing pipes. We had a plumber look at it before, but she wanted someone else to look to make sure that there wasn't another (cheaper) option.Tech showed up, I started explaining the issues, and that someone was out here before.He repeated that by asking So someone was already out here?I stated there had been, and the landlord wanted a second opinion. He was walking out the front door at that point.As he walked up the driveway, he said, over his shoulder, I only do sewer and drains, you need a plumber, I'll call one... Couldn't catch the last part as he was already near his van. Within a minute of walking out of my house, he was driving away.F&CKIN RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL, not to mention not friendly at all! Certainly have no interest in Roto-Rooter if that is how their employees act.

Reggie and his team have done several things at my home. Always courteous and ready to an excellent job. Very reasonable priced. When I had a break in my Water Main line, I called him and within 1 hour, he was at my house and took control of the concern.

My air conditioning went out on a Friday night. I called several HVAC companies the following Saturday and Matt at On Call Property Maintenance was the only one who told me he could come out on the same day to see what was going on. The fan motor ended up needing replaced on my ac unit and he came back on Sunday afternoon to install it. He quoted me a very good price especially considering he was doing all this during the weekend. I will definitely call Matt at On Call Property Management if I need help again. Thank you!
