They did an amazing job fixing the plumbing in my condo which was leaking into the ceiling of our downstairs neighbors. I appreciate that they were honesy and also giving an affordable price for great work. I will definitely keep their number to call them again for any issues in my condo.

not thrilled with them…they did a sloppy job on a tub install, then installed shower fixtures incorrectly and have had to keep coming out to fix them. we were ghosted by them on an appointment, waiting around all day until we finally worked it out with the office. for $1600, I am not impressed by the quality of service and attentiveness to detail, it is a very straightforward job and yet my husband who is not a plumber is pointing out simple mistakes to these guys constantly. we still have one more visit needed from them to fix a previous mistake but time is running out until we can tile and it’s just a bummer that their work has pushed back our reno by so many days.

A great honest plumbing service company. Came and fixed my water heater. While he was fixing it he showed complete transparency on how the job was done explanation on how the water heater worked and showed me what was wrong. Fixed it.
He also came out a few days later to check up and ensure that things were working properly.

All around just an honest plumber.

This Roto-Rooter crew were VERY professional by introducing themselves (Derick) to my husband and I, listening to us to ensure they didn’t dig over our existing sprinkler system pipes in lawn. This Superb crew is highly knowledgeable and skilled in the plumbing profession, etc., they successfully completed the water service line repair in our front yard, and cleaned up after the repair.Please knowledge Derick who I considered the lead of this crew was training Jed by guiding him on what tasks are required to complete the water service line repair! Derick and Brandon both need to be recognized and promoted because they’re leaders, knowledgeable in the plumbing profession, provides superb customer service, very impressive to ensure the customer is pleased with the finished results. Reggie is the best plumber I have ever hired. Twice now he has come in and completed a job that a previous plumber could not do, and for a better price! I recommend him all day. He's my go-to plumber.

Excellent customer service! I had Shadd come out today and fix multiple things that I had wrong with my Plumbing. We just bought the house and these things (toilet issues, shower leaks, garbage disposal and hot water heater) had gone unnoticed by the inspector. Thanks to Shadd and his extensive knowledge, everything now works wonderfully! He was super personable and a joy to be around! Thank you Shadd!!! Robert Camp and Demarcus went above and beyond. They fixed the leak in our crawl space - clearly explaining the issue and the solution. Then they cleaned up the entire area and sprayed a preventative mold solution to prevent mold for the future. I would highly recommend for their great customer service.

I called so many people. Everyone was so vague about price and nobody could come today. Matt said he didn’t charge anything to check it out and would give me a set price before he did any repair and once repaired I would pay that price and nothing more. It was low on Freon 145 bucks and its blowing ice cold.
