I had a positive experience with this plumbing service. The plumber was professional, friendly, and ensured my plumbing system was in top shape.

I had a water main leak in my front yard and was in a panic to get something done as soon as possible. Bison plumbing was incredibly helpful and friendly and were at my house the following morning after I called them. They did a great job and their whole staff was really pleasant and hard-working. I highly highly recommend them!!!

I called based upon previous reviews and the fact that the company was 24/7. I had an issues with my water heater he stated that he would be there by 11 am and was early. Diagnosed the issue (fried water heater). Next day he helped select new heater and installed it in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to ensure that it was working properly. I would definitely use his services again.

Todd and Robert were knowledgeable and had great customer service. The hidden fees is another story. I was told the cost, and was like great no more than $149 for 1000 gallon or $249 for 1500 gallon plus $35 environmental fee. Well excessive sludge cost an additional 350.00 (that's more than having two tanks cleaned). Happy with techs, but not happy with you guys being up front with cost. I like many others want to know up front. If there is not a back up, why should additional fees cost more than the initial cost to pump tank?

I called Jontell because we had a leak under the sink. He came within the hour. Upon arrival he was able to diagnose the issue, as well as tell me what I needed and could do next to address the issue we were having. He is also an electrician, so we discussed some opportunities for the future. I will be calling him again.

Hardworking & Personable

Since I bought my house in 2020, I have realized my house has been jerry-rigged in which many of the renovations has been inadequately placed. The reason for this company to come to my residence was the outdoor spigot not being operational, especially in my pursuit to grow new grass. After a few moments inside of my crawlspace, they identified several problems that did not involve the reason for them being here. Easily, they could have overlooked the issue and only been concerned for their job; however, I was shown pictures of my crawlspace and concerns which arise from this. That only gives me an indication that they pride themselves on their craftsmanship and work values. I believe the job was bigger than anticipated, but they delivered without a doubt.

I have already recommended this company to a coworker of mine who needs a bigger job done. I will use them again if the need arises. Personable staff which explained to me how to winterize an outdoor spigot, and they did not give the air of being condescending. Very beginner-house friendly. As far as pricing, I believe they are fair, if not more reasonable for other quotes in the area. I would use them again.
