They installed my toilet, and since day one, it continues to run water non stop. They have tried to fix this twice and continue to fail to resolve the issue.

Worst company ever. Their bulldozer did severe damage to my driveway in 2 spots(drove the length of driveway), you could see the tractor marks. Manager said for any concrete company I found that confirmed his tractor did the damage he would find someone that would dispute that. The tire treads from tractor and the pic of bulldozer where the damage is should be proof enough to fix. I would never recommend this company.

With-in days of buying our house, our water heater (that the realtor and home inspector said was in good order) went out. Rocket was here in no time, found our problem and replaced our water heater at a good price!!
Fast forward 3 1/2 years, wake up to no hot water. Called Rocket, they recognized the problem, I called RHEEM and fixed it myself, Rocket could have milked this for a service call and BIG repair bill but instead helped me fix it over the phone, NO ADDITIONAL COST *$$$* TO ME!!!

I was referred to Best 1 Plumbing, LLC. by a friend of mine who is a contractor and said they were very competitively priced, great quality and timely completion. I called Best 1 Plumbing and was pleasantly surprised when they said they would be there the next day and I would be meeting with Eric, the owner of the company. We did the walk through, talked about what we were looking for and what was realistic for our budget and as we were talking Eric recommended that one of our upgrades be a Water Cop. A device that will shut down the water to your house if a leak or a rupture is detected. After hearing about the Water Cop we decided it was a good idea and scheduled the installation before we went on vacation. Shodd and Dewy showed up early and completed the job on time and in a very professional manner them two young gentlemen really know there trade. Needless to say it was a good thing because our water heater decided it had had enough and ruptured. The Water Cop shut it down and all water was shut off to our house saving us thousands of dollars already spent on wallpaper and flooring. Thank you Water Cop and Best 1 Plumbing for recommending it and thanks for finishing everything up last week! Great Job and we are very happy with all the work!

Their website claims that Estimates are Always FREE! but when I called to get an estimate, they wanted to charge me $85. Perhaps they don't understand what Always or FREE mean.I had used them in the past for an emergency service and they seemed fine, too bad they're trying to charge for something they claim is free.Edit:Someone from Atlantis called me based on this review, asking where on their website it said estimates are free so they could remove it. He then said it was unfair for me to post a negative review when I was trying to get something for free. He explained that under the current administration it is very expensive for them to operate a business, elaborating that insurance prices are high, I guess in some kind of attempt to make me understand them charging money for an estimate. Frankly I don't think that asking how much something will cost is trying to get something for free and I think it's absurd that they cannot provide me any pricing information without paying $85. While they did a fine job when I used them before, I will not be using this company again, there are plenty of plumbers who will tell you how much something will cost without charging you.

July 3rd had family in from out of town. They smelled gas I called the gas company and my drying gas line was leaking. Gas company shut my gas off. I called Sharpe's Plumbing and they came out that day and fixed it. Thank You very much

I have used M. Cary & Daughters Plumbing for over a decade in 3 different houses including an antique 1920's house, a 1950's ranch and a 2008 townhouse in Brookhaven, and they have demonstrated vast knowledge and dependable results every time. They are responsive and prompt and billing is reasonable. I highly highly recommend M. Cary & Daughter's!

I hired Lee for a couple of plumbing projects and have had issues with everything that was done. When he completed the work, he told me his warranty was good for one year. So I called Lee within just a couple of weeks and left many voice messages and sent text messages asking him to get back with me to set up a time at his convenience to come back out and I have gotten no response. I have been trying to reach him for a couple of months and he has been completely unresponsive. I let him know in my voicemails what the issues were and he has ignored all of my attempts to reach him. I do not recommend this plumbing service.

I hired two other plumbing companies before this one and they were not able to fix the leak that I was having in my basement. I should have called Atlanta Plumbing sooner. Their plumbers definitely know what they’re doing.

They were very profesional very clean and courteous . All worked performed done in a timely fashion, It's nice to see old fashion customer service. Will use them again and recommend them in a hot second.

We finally finished dealing with this nightmare company for a project that we restarted at the end of February (please note that’s 3 months for a simple plumbing project.) I say restarted, because in January, we first had to pay them to fix the complete wrong thing, even though I repeatedly told them it wouldn’t help. They just kept reassuring me that they know plumbing and it will solve the problem. Well, shockingly, they had to come back to do an additional 6.5k worth of work. During this time, they repeatedly delayed the work, just plain didn’t show up when they said they would, and lied to us about it (we have a camera! We know when they were there!). They didn’t put down any drop cloths while installing new drywall and covered our upholstered furniture in debris. When I complained to Dennis, the owner, he told me “I can’t apologize more.” He had not apologized a single time at this point. His crew left our door open unnecessarily for entire days letting bugs into the house. Without asking they used our yard waste bins and other things of ours they found around to collect debris including actual human waste! At one point after we said that we were unable to accommodate them on a certain day (after the repeatedly delayed times on us) they called to literally beg to come that day because they’d already be in the area. Every part of this company was unprofessional and awful, I hope we can save you the experience of having to deal with them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
